  1. Muake and Kane-Ra has two. EDIT: Ninja'd. Cool collection. These guys further highlight the worthlessness of the Kaukau. "I live underground. I need to breathe water!"
  2. If it were me, I would wait a few years. It is still relatively "new" compared to some of the really valuable items.
  3. Fanfreakingtastic! So many clever techniques... the Pakari as a nose?! Great job!
  4. I would like a non-mutated Karzhani. But the question is: what year for it to come out in? That would seriously affect the look of it, depending on current techniques, parts, etc.
  5. Thanks for the feedback! I wasn't really trying to make her a time-based character, just a Toa Hagah ripoff just a guardian of that mask. (Kind of like Vezon or Brutaka). I don't buy multiples of sets so I have 2 Gali fins and 2 Lewa fins. I tried the checkerboard but I didn't really like it.
  6. I'm just glad the restrictions have been removed. Nothing special for male characters, but this is groundbreaking for female character options.
  7. I only want new stuff. Perhaps a team of fallen Toa.
  8. I always justify myself by saying the age rating usually includes teens.
  9. Warriors: Toa Ignika. Titans: Brutaka or Umbra.
  10. "I've got everything! After three years, I have everything!" *Inside Tour Kaukau* "....."
  11. What is your ultimate dream in terms of BIONICLE sets or collectibles? It can be anything, big or small. Personally, I would like to get every set from 2008. That is the year of BIONICLE I remember most vividly, and, unlike most people, I REALLY like the Adaptive Armor. I hope the title doesn't count as religious discussion.
  12. OOC: This is my first time playing. I can just jump in, right? IC: Betrii I awake in a hut. I can hear the familiar sound of the ocean outside. Where am I? I spot a villager in a corner of the hut, watching me closely. "Who are you?!" I shout. "M-my name is Golyo", he says. I grab my spear and shield and push past him. I stare in awe at the sight before me.
  13. Never done this before. I'll give it a whirl, though. Name: Betrii, added August 7th, 2015 (Beh-tree) Species: Toa An image Gender: Female Element: Electricity Kanohi: Great Kanohi Volitak, shaped as a Great Pakari Powers and/or weapons: Betrii wields a large spear infused with electrical power that can power technology or deal devastating blows to weak spots in armor. She also has a shield. It has no special powers. Weakness(es): Betrii is not fully invested in being a Toa. She rarely speaks and has trouble connecting with people. She often gets into trouble because she is a loner. She is also not very skilled with her weapons. History: Betrii was a quiet and reserved Matoran who did what she needed to sustain herself and hardly anything else. When she was transformed into a Toa, she was angered, but accepted her destiny. She was involved in a long-winded conflict with many other Toa, which ended in tragedy. Personality and traits: Betrii is quiet and has trouble connecting with others. She works well alone, but often finds challenges she cannot overcome herself. She has a warped and detached view of everything, believing nothing really matters in the big picture. She has about 65% inner light and 35% inner shadow. She is a useful scout and is good at spying on enemies and avoiding detection. Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Name: Kultax, added July 15th 2016 (Cull-tax) Species: Toa An image Gender: Male Element: Air Kanohi: Great Kanohi Ruru, shaped as a Noble Kanohi Ruru Powers/Weapons: As a Toa of Air, he has air-based abilities and an affinity for the sky and jungle. He carries a Bamboo Disk and a blue-bladed sword, which glows strangely during combat. Weakness(es): Kultax tends to trust people a bit too readily and has an overwhelming lack of concern for his own wellbeing. His right arm moves slightly slower than the rest of him, affecting overall coordination. He is also somewhat clumsy and physically weak. History: That right arm probably has something to do with it..... Personality: Very friendly. Usually the first to greet a stranger and the first to trust them. Spends some of his time in his head, daydreaming and thinking about what to do with his life. Very militant and strict regarding good vs. evil. Trusts easily but has a hard time forgiving once that trust is broken. Self sacrificing and sometimes annoyingly theatrical. He also adapts to situations and learns skills easily, despite his offsetting appearance. Alignment: His recent friendships would reclassify him as chaotic good. Name: Nokhann, added August 25th, 2016 (No-con) Species: Toa Image eventually. Nokhann is an imposing figure indeed. He stands roughly eight feet tall, with a very broad frame at that. His armor is mostly a scorched gray, although his torso is a dark shade of red. His Kanohi Matatu is worn and pitted from many battles. Gender: Male Element: Fire Kanohi: Great Kanohi Matatu, shaped as a Noble Kanohi Komau to ward off possible attackers Powers and/or weapons: Nokhann possesses all of the usual powers of a Toa of Fire. His size also supports great strength. He wields a large battle hammer, although it is not a Toa tool and cannot channel his fire powers. Weakness(es): Nokhann is slower than the majority of Mata Nui inhabitants, even Matoran. He has a tendency to distrust almost anyone unless he sees solid proof. He fights poorly with anything but his hammer and his powers, meaning he can only use one or the other at any time. History: Nokhann was your average Ta-Matoran guard member. Stoic, vigilant, proud. After his transformation to Toa, he retained these traits. He travels the island strictly to stop evil, staying in one place until he hears of a new threat rising. Personality and traits: Nokhann has grown to be very wise over his many years. He is older than many on the island, although he only shows that physically. He constantly dispenses wisdom to those in need. He falls roughly in the middle of an introvert-extrovert scale, not because he is shy, but because he only speaks when he has something meaningful to say. He never requires praise and can actually become flustered if it is forced onto him. Tries his darndest to never use contractions. Weird. Alignment: Lawful Good
  14. Multiple sources say Kulta and his minions have the power to drain masks. His ultimate goal is to destroy all Masks of Power.
  15. Thank you for reopening, Windrider!
  16. Wazdakka has shown multiple times that he is a Geewunner, usually to my amusement.
  17. Been surprised by all of the durability comments about pieces I've seen lately. Maybe it's my general lack of sets from 08-10 (are those the weak ones?), but I've never outright broken a piece. No, CCBS is not magically superior in durability compared to Bionicle. It's just that people who didn't take good care of their Bionicle sets ended up being surprised that they broke. Granted, the lime-green limb piece failure was something else altogether. On the flip side, have you ever seen anyone complain about broken CCBS parts?
  18. I really love the samurai feel to these guys, and all of the System pieces you used for details. Nice work! I believe that is his banner/symbol/flag.
  19. No, that was the same year. They were released in separate waves in the same year. Releasing twelve sets at the exact same price point, or even similar price points, is too much for the market to bear. That's why they stagger the releases the way they do. Phantoka/Mistika had three Toa and three Makuta each.
  20. I would love to see a bunch of Skull Warriors fight over Kopaka's mask.
  21. I don't mind someone giving us updates on how the Toa are doing, but I would rather have individual voice actors or have our current narrator say" ____ said" after every sentence.
  22. Forget the Toa Mahri. I love these guys.
  23. He looks pretty good. I like the more filled-out look. Maybe Skull Basher when he was alive?
