This is going to be the next Death Battle?

 

Oh this could be interesting.

 

And I don't expect it to be that one-sided.

It really was all depressingly... insubstantial. And the release schedule being all sorts of messed up just served to expose how just not good they were way earlier than we expected. It takes only 9 episodes to conclude this half of the year. Nine episodes were supposed to be everything through May?! That's just ludicrous.

 

Pacing and focus (so... much... Tahu...) were all over the place.

 

(I'd be interested in what else the writer has to say though. Haven't seen anything about him posted before.)

I did the change because I feel a lot still associate the name with the arrogant jerk that was my online self in my late high school days (the literal exact opposite of how I really was then... the depressed introvert... was totally just acting out online because I could). And with the site becoming increasingly more active for obvious reasons... Well, let's just say I appreciate the new kids who don't know me heh.

 

But if I can help improve that image with something as simple as a different name... Eh, maybe worth keeping it or rotating them more often.

I HATE it. The gimmick is fun and I can see it going well with kids, but its execution is just sooooooooo annoying! The eyes flop around incessantly.

Looks pretty nice. The new connection style is definitely a plus for displaying the masks since you don't need a bunch of spare heads heh.

 

I don't have enough spare parts to make a rack, but I also have four Masks of Fire and one Tahu... So the extras are on ankles filling out the back of his legs and one on his wrist. Because I couldn't think of anywhere for it.

This may sound cheap, but what I did for leveling up was getting Blissey secret base codes. Level 100 Blisseys (hit the level release in the base first), and they all know healing wish as their only move. Most bases are triple battles so players can get the most experience from one go. This does mean healing wish doesn't work, so be sure to bring something with a physical moveset.

 

(My Delcatty's secret power with a metronome proved useful. It just takes some time).

 

It depends on how you want to go about doing it, though.

 

On a side note, I used Delcatty with echoed voice and a metronome for my strategy in-game, and there is no greater joy in the game than building it up and sweeping with her.

It'll take another day to be able to battle them, but I did just go and get a set of 6 in the Secret Meadow. Didn't know about the level release feature, though. That will help. Thanks.

I need to go on at the same time as you sometime. I'm populating my secret base with friends and I still have room for two more. We could probably battle sometime as well—my team's all level 60.

 

I don't think you missed out on the Eon Ticket. Not all people you StreetPass will have one, but anyone who's gotten one can share them with other people via StreetPass. If nothing else you might get one from me next year at BrickFair.

 

I caught my first shiny recently, as well! Shiny Maractus on one of the mirage islands. This is the first shiny I've gotten since at least Gen IV, so needless to say I'm psyched.

Excellent idea. Though first I should make a proper base heh.

 

The thing with the ticket is, I actually received one before. But I didn't save. And then I could no longer receive updates to get it again. So I was worried it was glitched. But I actually managed to again today at a mall, so no worries there.

 

Heh after getting like two dozen in Y, it's not as special... but I still got super excited when it popped up and almost made the mistake of running reflexively.

This is definitely good to hear.

I'm glad I chose to set the series to record for this entire week since I knew I wouldn't want to miss them. But also knew I'd probably be playing some game during them (and I was right....).

 

It's been a great show. Totally wish I had watched more regularly.

I don't think you understood the complaint. This isn't about headcanons, this is about people who have certain headcanons going to Greg and getting it Officially Canonized, as in, it becomes a BS01 fact and is going to be lorded over those whose headcanons and creative endeavors contradict it.

(Which somebody literally did two days ago. So yeah, it does happen.)
