I seriously do not understand why people think it would be confusing. This is NOT anything new to toys.

 

Transformers. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. My Little Pony. All very popular franchises right now, all with multiple incarnations in the past.

Hehe I loved that cameo/easter egg/whatever.

I'm also really glad Chojuro became Mizukage, despite it being pretty predictable. =P And Kakashi giving his title up, I hope that's explained in the movie.

Not just you, I definitely think the trailer was dumb and should have only showed what was in the first half if they weren't going to air both at the same time.

I was really looking forward to this, but the resoundingly very negative reviews were a huge turn off. :/

For whatever reason, this is the only character I haven't unlocked yet... Yet I really really want to try playing as him now. xP

This movie somehow went completely under my radar for the longest time until just the past few weeks and I'm not sure why. I have been looking for a reason to go to the theatre too... So I'll definitely be trying to get in there for it.

I knew the Upa was just parodying Chef Watson, which was amusing at first, then in a wave it just hit me the things they poked at in the series proper.

Are you going to leave spaces for the Skull Spiders like you did for the Protectors? We've seen four colors so far. The Fire and Earth sets have Spring Yellowish Green ones, the Stone and Jungle sets have Earth Blue ones, the Water and Ice sets have Silver Metallic ones, and the Lord of Skull Spiders has a Warm Gold one.

 

It's kind of strange that you list the Great Kanohi Rau twice when there's technically just one color for it. It's just that it was prone to discoloration in some years, much like how the Great Kanohi Komau and other parts in 217 Brown sometimes looked faded. Then again, I guess you also count the "Dark Purple Variant" Krana, so in that sense you're being consistent.

 

There will also apparently be one 14-karat gold mask that we haven't yet seen. So you could leave a space for that.

Yep, I certainly plan to. I just wasn't sure at the time how many variants there were.

 

The Rau is indeed listed twice because of that... I had thought ever since 2006 that the one that came with Dalu was widely accepted as being different enough (mine certainly is anyways) to warrant considering a color variant. Perhaps I was wrong? (And for the record I actually find the purple variant thing for Krana very silly, but everyone who has ever "completed" said collection has always had both, so I felt obligated to do so as well. )

My jaw literally dropped.

It's some kind of relief to know that the skull spider looks good as a mask and armor. It's like they finally did the dual purpose mask right.

There was none, people just feel like talking about grammar.

Well cool, then.

I guess as far as I can tell, it's because most of the entries and comments were seemingly written with a tone as though they were part of an argument (or perhaps expecting one), even though pretty much everyone seems to mostly agree already?

 

I'm pretty sure the only actual difference in opinion (if you can even call it that) is how and when it might be appropriate to call someone out on poor grammar, i.e. in a serious or professional context.

Yeah, it was the tone thing. They all seemed to be defensive or in retaliation to something.

 

And it's just an unfortunate side effect of past events to jump to "oh great, something happened" when a lot of similar entries pop up.
