[Flickr Album] Lore: The Legion is an inter-dimensional private security organization, which attempts to fight for the oppressed and spread liberty throughout the universe. Normally, this means providing training, advisors, and weapons to already existing forces, but sometimes the situation calls for a more direct approach. Toasty Bones is a member of the legendary team of giant power armor suits known as The Iron Guard, which is the most elite special forces unit within The Legion's formidable armies. Armed with two massive flame throwers as primary weapons the mech is usually brought in to cook crews alive inside their vehicles or smoke infantry out of bunkers. Additional armaments includes four front mounted 50. cal machines guns and duel rocket launchers. The mech's current paint job is cameo left over from it's service in The Ice Revenant War. The Bones' current pilot is Manfred Klaus who was formerly a driver in the dreaded Condor Legion's tank division; at least until said unit's annihilation during The Red Intervention.

Simply put, it started when I got the Rein&Dva set - Dva was spot on, but I was slightly disappointed with my favourite German crusader (he's one of the characters I play the most in OW). So I decided to give him a much more poseable and accurate look, as well as a better hammer. Full Album And a sneak peek of some other MOC/MODs I've been working on.

The smallest of Team Artillerix, designed for reconnaissance missions. The horn packs a powerful punch, and can easily flip mechs much larger than itself. https://imgur.com/a/xa3MP Imgur Album Built as part of Jayfa's plague mech contest on Instagram. Its not a very impressive MOC, but It was fun to build. I took inspiration from the Japanese Rhinoceros beetle (and more than a little inspiration from the Pokemon Heracross).

I've had this idea floating in my mind for a long time, but I finally got around to making it! The TIE/WL Walker, affectionately called the TIEtan by pilots, is a collaborative project between Sienar Fleet Systems and Kuat Drive Yards. When the Imperial Military's R&D labs approached the two contracted manufacturers with a common project seeking to merge the strengths of the TIE series of starfighters with the AT series of walkers, representatives of the two companies were hostile to the idea at first, but eventually an agreement was reached. The Walker doesn't only carry the TIE name as a nod to its design, as it is indeed powered by a dual Ion-based power core. The design brief called for a ground vehicle with the versatility of a walker, but with the maneuverability of a starfighter. Unlike any AT series vehicle, the TIE Walker was designed to be roughly humanoid in shape, featuring legs that had far greater range of motion than any AT model. One very clear and obvious advantage the TIEtan has, for example, is that it can get back up if knocked over. The design process of the vehicle was long and troubled, primarily due to constant workplace incompatibility between the Sienar and Kuat staff. The TIEtan, in spite of being the result of the concept "mix the TIE with the AT", differs from both in many aspects. It is the sole Imperial military vehicle which has a primary weapon system independent of the main vehicle itself. The large gun is held by the machine's humanoid hands instead of being integrated. It also represent the complete opposite of typical Imperial design directives - instead of a simple machine that is easy to mass produce, and is therefore expendable, the TIEtan is a highly complex feat of engineering, and each unit is extremely costly to produce, thus the retrieval of even heavily damaged units is imperative. The TIEtan's main gun also went through many design iterations. The weapon is loaded with three different kinds of ammunition, which already alludes to another major difference from typical Imperial weapons - instead of being a blaster, the WLG-108 uses projectiles. The basic loadout includes independent magazines for hybrid Anti-Material/Armor Piercing ammo, High-Explosive ammo and Incendiary ammo. Sienar and Kuat engineers argued during development extensively whether to settle with incendiary ammo or give the Walker an actual flamethrower with a back-mounted fuel tank, however eventually the danger of the fuel tank caused the incendiary ammo to be the final version. With the back-slot freed up, R&D teams explored the concept of a dedicated melee weapon, and produced a working prototype for a huge chain-sword. In the end, the weapon would have demanded significant downgrades in other areas to fit the budget, so it was scrapped. The design team's progress report about the cancellation of the melee weapon stated "The Walker can punch anything in melee range anyway". Eventually the back-slot was designated as a storage area for the WLG-108, allowing the TIEtan to use its dextrous hands for support activities, like clearing debris before less agile vehicles, like AT-STs and Sabre tanks. After the Walker was deployed, resourceful pilots also discovered that the hands can be used for climbing. Additional armaments include an auto-targeting anti-infantry "cleanup" blaster mounted on the top of the cockpit, a "small" (compared to the WLG-108) hand-held blaster sidearm should primary ammo run out (stored on a hip-holster) and a 4-missile extendable launcher bank suitable for anti-air and anti-material applications. The humanoid design of the TIEtan allowed for a considerably wide range of motion, almost equal to that of humans. Most standard vehicle control schemes limited this ability, however, so the design team had to explore alternate options. Motion-controls were considered, which saw pilots dressed in an exo-skeleton with sensors on all their joints translating their own movements to the vehicle, however this would have required far too much room, which the cockpit did not provide. The designers were forced to opt for a highly experimental and costly method instead, which they dubbed Spinal Bypass. TIEtan pilots have to be extensively implanted with special cybernetics, primarily in their brains and eyes, but the biggest procedure with the complete replacement of the entire spine with a cybernetic augmentation. This implant is then used to "plug-in" to the TIEtan, and the brain implants redirect electrical impulses from the brain to the vehicle. When the pilot "moves" their hand, the signal never reaches their actual hand, but is instead directed into the Walker, so it moves its hand. While in the cockpit, the pilots are temporarily paralysed. The cockpit contains basic controls, but these are only there due to the value of the vehicles themselves - should a TIEtan pilot be incapacitated, but the vehicle is still operable, non-implanted Imperial personnel can access very limited functionality, allowing them to walk the Walker back to base. Due to the much wider range of motion and higher speed compared to other walkers, during simulations veteran TIE pilots fared much better than AT pilots, thus the pool of high-performing starfighter pilots is where TIEtan pilots are transferred from and trained. Since piloting a TIEtan is a sensation equal to moving your own body, many pilots developed motorfunction quirks after spending a lot of time out in the field. As the Walker possesses no "head" and the cockpit is in the torso, the pilots never move their necks while inside. After prolonged missions, many bring this kind of motion with them to down time. When someone calls out to a TIEtan pilot, instead of glancing over, they would twist their whole torso to face the other person. This has resulted in a marked increase of personnel problems and bullying towards pilots, who tend to keep to one another for company. As a result, the HR department of the Imperial Military prescribed mandatory 3 hours per week with base counselors. TIEtans didn't see much field action during the early days of the Empire, and due to their cost they never became widespread, always remaining elite units of few number. Though extensively field tested prior, a unit consisting of 6 TIEtans were first properly deployed during the Battle of Hoth. While the standard Imperial units, consisting of AT-ATs and AT-STs lead the main assault, the Walker unit was sent to traverse the mountains and snow-dunes hiding the Rebel airfield. Though many Rebels, including all high-value targets escaped, the TIEtans performed admirably in the extreme weather conditions, broke through the defenses and shot down several smaller Rebel ships. They were later deployed across many theatres of war, and also used as intimidation in newly "liberated" regions - however, this secondary function wasn't often used, as 20 AT-STs are scarier to farmers than a single TIEtan, but they still cost less. Walkers modified for zero-g operation patrolled the outer hull of the Death Star 2, for example. Following the fall of the Empire, the remnant could no longer afford manufacturing new TIEtans, so those which remained in operation became extremely important, and their pilots became celebrated legends among the military. It is unknown whether the First Order is attempting to adapt the old TIE Walker design for their own use, but so far they have not fielded any similar vehicles. Flickr Funny little mechs of indeterminate origin, found roaming scattered throughout the universe. It seems they do everything but talk, making it difficult but worthwhile to ally with one should you encounter it. An experiment in rotational symmetry - I hoped to create something with character despite lacking any sort of face or even defined sides. It's not a hugely intricate build, but hopefully it's interesting nonetheless. Hope to hear what you think!

Many Dark Hunters had questioned the Shadowed One's decision to allow the pathetic and skittish Pahuron into their ranks (of course, none dared question aloud). However, it wasn't long after "Misfit's" encounter with "Toa" Irohka that they realized his true purpose. The Dark Hunters had been working on a power-amplifying suit, and the damaged Toa Mech gave them the last pieces they needed. The only thing remaining was to find a willing pilot. ^Link to Flickr Gallery^ Now wielding enormous strength and a blue fire blade and with a suit insulated against a variety of elemental attacks, the renamed Dark Hunter Crusher has few that stand in his way. It's been a while since I uploaded anything here, but here's my entry for BBC 73: Brickin' it Old School. I revamped an old tablescrap of mine that I always liked while channeling a bit of Chro, the Boxor, and even good old "Toa" Irohka. Hope you enjoy, and don't forget to vote!

A Defender and Arbiter that may have origins from the time of the Mask Makers, this ARCH 7078-28 descends from the skies with a grace rarely exhibited by a machine. Equipped with a Repeating Launcher, High-Precision Rifle, Long-Range Boosters and Proto-Alloy Talons that have been known to rend Steel-Bark Trees, the ancient construction executes its tasks surely and swiftly. This creation may be built solely from the parts contained in 70788 Kopaka and 70782 Protector of Ice. Apologies for only coming up with this a full year past their release - I only obtained these sets a short while ago. Hey, my 2001-3 combiners were more than 10 years late, so that's progress. Though its status as a robot might make it a bit harder to integrate into the Okoto wildlife than a Rahi, I guess it could fulfill a role not unlike the rogue Exo-Toa from Gen 1? More images, including exploded views that may be easily replicated, can be found on my Flickr here. Any criticism is greatly appreciated! My Paint.net competence is pretty abysmal, so any pointers in that department are welcome as well.

Hello, and welcome to my first foray into System MOCs! Today I present to you Kenkaku, Scout Mecha, and it's intrepid pilot Maigo! This MOC is made from roughly 350 bricks, give or take a ball joint here and an axle there. The colors are White and Dark Royal Blue. Let's start with the main piece, Kenkaku! Standing an impressive 36 studs tall, this light Mecha is the main star of the battlefield, though only being meant for scouting. The rear is packed with various jump thrusters as seen here. Originally, I wanted them to be angled vents, but couldn't get a connection to work, so reverse tiles had to do it. On the other hand, The feet came out even better than I'd hoped, and are actually my favorite part. Finally, Maigo, the tsundere pilot. That's all for this MOC, let me know what you think in the comments, or even with just a like, and tell me what I could have done better!

So today at Foyles there was gonna be a Friends building event held by Tim Johnson of New Elementary fame, but at the last minute it was cancelled due to Tim not being able to make it there. Instead of the full event going ahead without Tim, they refunded all the tickets and put up a little pop-up building zone on the ground floor, which me and my mum stumbled across whilst trying to rebook the tickets from todays event to another building event happening on the 23rd. The small area snuggled in the children's section was being run by Mark, who I knew well from Hamleys and had actually told me about the event in the first place (thanks Mark! ). Even though the event was supposed to be generally Friends-themed (they gave us free minidolls), the majority of the pieces were Ninjago-themed, which sorta made sense since there was a ninjago event a week ago. Anyways, I got to work building, and came up with this winged-friends-mech-thing. And because there weren't many people around building and Mark really liked what I did, he let me keep my model. Which was nice. So yeah, I did this. Enjoy? (cat to scale)

Here is my model the Exocutor Mech. Which is built using gunmetal and black pieces. The cockpit opens with ease and the Exocutron can come out without breaking something in the interior. https://www.flickr.com/photos/114873918@N08/18788038436/sizes/z/ Sorry about the link. My computer hates me.

http://imgur.com/a/af80B Not much for me to say here, I explained the functions over on Imgur. This model holds all of the new Toa Okoto. I actually had this complete about a month ago, but buddy over on Bricklink decided to mess up my order for the last Bohrok shield I needed and I'm already working on a better version, but at least everyone can see the first version

The Model T67 Battle Suit is military ready with state-of-the-art Flick-Fire missiles and ball joint articulation! Gallery: https://flic.kr/s/aHsk86fvFD With futuristic Touch controls and Eye cover, The Model T67 Battle Suit requires a Skilled Pilot. It takes years of training to be able to test one of these let alone using it for yourself! This is my first and only MOC using the standard Lego Bricks. I am a constraction builder, so this was a hard one for me. Make sure to check out my other MOCs on the Bionicle section of the Forums!

L'Supervivere Over the course of several years during the great industrial age, this mechanical suit was created by the lesser-known Professor Stewart Phoenix out of disused parts scavenged from various scrapheaps and abandoned factories around the outskirts of Victorian London, hence L'Supervivere's rather cobbled together and complex appearance. The original and sole purpose of L'Supervivere was to be used by Professor Stewart Phoenix to protect his family and his estate, Phoenix Manor, from destruction, but over the years this technical monstrosity was also used for several other suitably vital causes, such as fixing leaks in the Manor's roof and rescuing cats from trees. The most notable alternative use of L'Supervivere was during a lengthy voyage abroad, in which it was used to navigate the treacherous rainforests of the Amazon and defend a party of explorers (including Professor Stewart Phoenix himself) against any threats they may have encountered. At the end of Professor Stewart Phoenix's long and fruitful life, he proclaimed in his last will and testament that L'Supervivere would be passed down to his eldest and only son, Dr Joseph Phoenix, on the sole condition that it mustn't be used for any type of criminal activity and that at the end of his life, he should also pass on L'Supervivere to his eldest son, and that this son should pass it on to HIS eldest son, and so on until what is only described within Professor Stewart Phoenix's will as "The end of all days", but so far no-one has been able to fully understand the meaning behind this choice of words. Mysteriously, after being passed down through several generations L'Supervivere and the Phoenix bloodline completely disappeared from public view in the early 1920s. It is still rumored that L'Supervivere still exists in its original form to this day, but the location of the suit itself and it's rightful owner is currently not known... More images on my Flickr. Enjoy!

Cerberus Forces Cerberus ground troops, including Kai Leng. Atlas Mech The heavy mech used by Cerberus, with articulated joints and a canopy that opens as in the game. That scene on Mars... "Oh God...he looks like a Husk!" I just realised I hadn't posted these on BZP yet, so here they are. For anyone who's unfamiliar with Mass Effect, Cerberus are a ruthless pro-human organisation. The protagonist, Commander Shepard, works for them during the second game, but they show their true colours in Mass Effect 3 and become one of the main enemy factions. On the topic of the Atlas: It's not perfect, since I tried to build it using only parts I already owned: it's a bit blocky, a bit bigger than minifig-scale, and the upper-back needs bulking out. I may make a revised version at some point. Comments & constructive criticism always welcome

Included in file: Cotet Customs Votlem-D, and Votlem-E "Dondo di Destro" (Translates to: Destroyer hailing from Dondo). Possible fourth type coming soonish. Pictured: Cotet Customs Votlem-D, flanked by Ghost Gamera Coming as soon as the Brickshelf gods deem my folder worthy, you'll get more pics of this guy, Big Guy Thunder-5. Right arm is a twin-linked pneumatic fullbore repeater, and the left is a "glop gun", called a Wray Gun by most, that fires balls of molten tar held together by a magnetically-charged iron ball. In the words of the prophet George Carlin, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done. I wish I could throw fire onto them."
