randomreviewerbros
Well this topic is obviously inspired by Banana Gunz Least Favorite Kanohi Design topic, what is your favorite Kanohi design, not power or anything like that but just the look of it, comment below! dee.3x3
Definitely the Noble Matatu, not only is it one of my favorite mask powers, but I also really like its shape and design. I think its the way that the mask is segmented, as well the angular nature of it. I suppose a close contender could be the Miru Nuva, it was one of the few Nuva masks that didn't look to weirdly shaped, in my opinion. randomreviewerbros
Lol i should say my favorite, mine would have to be the Miru Nuva Its worn by my favorite Toa and it just looks airish (even though thats not a word lol). The mouth part is just one of a kind, and the overall shape is awesome Quote Go check out our Youtube channel! Makuta Miras
It's between the original Hau and the 2008 Ignika. Such a hard decision.
Banana Gunz
Hmmm... hard to say, it really is. I honestly can't decide. My general favorites are the original masks but there are some real cool designs made later on, so I guess I'm neutral; each mask design finds its place somewhere in my heart. Toa Smoke Monster
Even though there has been a lot of cool Kanohi Masks designs in Bionicle's first run, I still think the 01 Hau had the best one. John Smith
I love the 01 Akaku. The asymmetry sets it apart from most other masks, and in doing so kind of suggests that Kopaka is a bit of an outsider.
TERIDAX941
Definitely the Hau... I also love the Kraahkan for some reason (maybe the dual mask feature) but also I loved the Avohkii... there's just something special about it. Pranciblad
I love the 01 Akaku. The asymmetry sets it apart from most other masks, and in doing so kind of suggests that Kopaka is a bit of an outsider.Funnily enough, Kopaka was also the only one to have different left/right arms when he upgraded to Nuva (Lewa and Tahu changed to have identical arms.) So yeah, asymmetry is a big part of his aesthetic. So... My favorite mask? IDK. I'd probably say the Pakari. It has a nice shape that's good both as a worn mask and as decoration, it's also come in a lot of sets in many different colors. Also a lot of important characters in the story wore it (like Onua, Takua, Onepu, Nuparu, at least one member of the Chronicler's Company depending on the source, etc...) Which gave it a sense of coolness.
dviddy
Definitely and easily the 01 kakama.

So yeah, asymmetry is a big part of his aesthetic. That's a really good point. I wish they'd kept the asymmetrical arms in his Phantoka set. (Not to mention his signature sword(s) and shield, but that's another subject). It seems as if a lot of people are naming masks from 01? I wonder if it's nostalgia, or if the masks were just really well designed that year. Probably a bit of both.
Endless Sea (Alaki Nuva)
Hard choice for me, but I think I'll go with the Kraahkan. Really helped set the Makuta apart from anyone else in the series. Quote It is not for us to decide the fate of angels. Dominus Temporis, if you're out there, hit me up through one of my contacts. Nidhiki of the Shadows
Always gonna be the Hau. Actually, I like any Kanohi that can stick in my head. Some are just too complicated or grotesque. The simpler, the better. -NotS
Toa of Gallifrey
Arg, such a hard question. Probably the Olmak or Rode. They look amazing! Otherwise, probably the Adaptive Akaku Nuva.
Ragnar Lothbrok
I actually really liked the Noble Miru, Akaku and Kakama from the Av-Matoran. It's a shame that we did not see the Noble Pakari, Hau and Kaukau, because the other three were really well-designed. However my favourite mask has to be the Great Rau. It was really nice as it looked similar to the Noble version unlike the others. Plus it was sleek and elegant, as Nokama's mask should be. I wish that we got more recolours of the Metru masks than we actually did. Quote Twitter: @enkindle_this
Irrie
Adaptive Kaukau The Great Komau looks amazing with its hood-like design. Not a big fan of the Noble version, however. Quote bZpOwEr
