Some of us might fear or revile them, and the more desperate regions of Okoto might even see them as potential allies, but I don't really understand why anyone would respect them, per se. I mean if they were some brand new entities never seen on okoto before, I could understand the suspicion, but as far as everyone alive is aware, minus nato, they've been around in some manner. And even if it hasn't - they're gigantic, terrifying, unkillable skeleton monsters who've now casually executed two of the high-ranking Earth Protectors under their charge. Could've sworn I said in the first post that Kulta rules over the Earth Region. Kulta is the Earth Region. Kulta rebuilt the Earth Region. Kulta helped to rebuild the Stone Region. Kulta has been nothing but helpful. So who controls the Skull Warriors guarding the Mask Maker? They serve Pulse. Kulta could have recalled them, but did Pulse the courtesy of letting him keep them instead.
