IC: Aaaaaand...Now. Demetrius emerged from the foliage, walking purposefully through the square and approaching the Ko-Toa who he'd been watching for a while now, certain that this was the one he was seeking. "Hey," he called, "You're Madrihk, right? Heard your little group here did some cool stuff. I want in."

IC: Optimus heard Bane out. "Your map is a start, Madrihk. Bane, do not be so foolish as to dismiss all which is not physical...yet." He looked at the Map, then Bane, then Madrihk. "I will give aid in any way needed, and my team will do the same. Direct us to your important tasks." Then, he spoke to Bane once more. "And. Your squad is welcome to join."

OOC:http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/LogantoTheLeMatoran/Loganto/my_new_mask.png-Xray and mindreading.IC: Loganto got up, and he used his new mask to see if the nui rama was okay. There was a small scratch in his inner wing. He grabbed a leaf and some heal sap and wrapped it around the wound. The medication seeped in it's wing, causing it to twitch. loganto knew how much the stuff stings. He gestured it up. it had strange kinohi, infected, he took them from it. he had no other kinohi around.

IC: Pohau"You didn't miss much." cut in the snide voice of a Ko-Matoran nearby. "Believe me, you think you want to fight and be good and brave and all that... But then you take in the blood, and the screaming... You've got a long way to go before you've tasted real battle, kid."OOC: He's supposed to be a prick, FYI :P

IC: Bane looked at Optimus. "Sure, but if there is something more suited to Black Ops, I'm going to go with that. We don't like being seen in public. Some of our actions would be... misunderstood. I'm the only one on the squad with a good reputation, that's why I came. If my team could work on something less conspicuous, that would be best. What do you need us to do?"OOC: Armageddon Squad will join you, TNG, unless covert operations are needed.-Bane

OOC: Alright, so , Lashev and Verdi ready to get back to Le-Koro, or is there still something you folks will need to do.IC:"Do not fear-worry." Sisk said. "We've been through dark-danger before, we'll be careful." the Matoran told the ILS leader. "We'll keep you well-posted on our secret-findings."With that, he turned to Lashev and Verdi, leaving Madrihk to focus on what probably were more pressing concerns to him. The three Matoran walked a little distance, until they were out of earshot. Sisk was silent for a moment, before he spoke up. "What do you think?" he asked them. "This might be a mystery-hunt worth pursuing, but it's a big-much task that may lead down deep-dark paths...maybe even more dark-dangerous than Rahkshi-hunting if we're lucky. Think we can handle it?"---------------"Handle what now?" Leah asked, walking up to the trio. She had tried to talk more to the Turaga, to find out more, to help them out of their predicament, but the elders' answers had just been silence. Sisk looked up at her when he heard the familiar sound of her voice. The Le-Matoran looked like she always did, lean and athletic and quite pretty, as he thought. But somehow, she also looked worn-out and tired, a shadow of exhaustion that dimmed her usually radiant aura. The fatigue and stress from the battle were finally kicking in, as her adrenaline wore off. As she reached the group, she leaned on her bo-staff, looking at the three with heavy eyelids, waiting for an answer.----------------"Heh, tell me about it." Rhow growled softly in response to Iraanus. "This turned out more fun than I thought, even if they're gonna need a kick in the quad from time to time, the way I see it."The female Skakdi turned to the group that had gathered over the course of just one day. "Alright boys, meet'n'greet is over. We've got rear's to kick in Po-Wahi, so, drink up and ket's go!"----------------Mariko laughed, wincing as his broken ribs acted up once more. He smiled weakly at Atvin. "Yeah, I guess this is the place." he said, looking at the wall the inhabitants of the small village had erected and the guarded gate. Two beings were there, talking to numerous others nearby. As they moved closer, the dark Toa could see that the place was in fact extremely busy right now. What could cause such a large amount of people to gather in such a small village. "Hey look," he said to Draeverian and Atvin, "the even have a welcoming party for us." he said, as reached the gate.----------------Aparangi pushed a low-hanging leaf out of his way as he moved along a narrow path leading through the thick Le-Wahi jungle. The Toa was eager to get to the village of air; yet he forced himself to move slowly. There was a difference between hurrying to get somewhere faster and plainly being reckless and running into something he was not prepared for. Who knew what Rahi lived in these jungles. According to the tales he had overheard during his brief stay from the Matoran there, mainy of the beasts were tainted by the shadows. So he moved slowly, until he would find Pala-Koro.

OOC: What are we doing in Po-koro?IC: "Well, I don't drink, so let's just get moving." Mortis said, standing up from the seat he had taken. "We've got Makuta to kill!" he went to the door, and waited for the rest of the group to exit. This was going to be the most fun that he would have had in a century.-Bane

IC: "Leaving so soon, are we?" Jotham asked, looking faintly amused. "Well, good luck, I suppose. Oh, and by the way." He thrust a small scroll of parchment into Rhow's hand. "You may want this."OOC: It's a description of what Jotham knows about each member of the group he encountered. Typing it up currently.Edit - Ta-da.

OOC: Since Balta is the one who introduced this little idea of a trip to Po-Koro, he should take the lead on this.IC:"Do a good job and I'll try to remember it." Rhow said to Taoki with a grin, as she heard him speak. She nodded her thanks toJothan as he handed her the scroll. It would be some good reading while under way.-------------------------Leah looked at Sisk, incredulous. "You think you can get to the bottom of this? We just fought the biggest Rama-hive in the whole Wahi and only discovered this thing. Whatever secrets the obelisk holds, how can you expect to even get to more clues about this riddle. This is nuts! You boys are crazy!" she said, her voice getting louder and louder with each sillable until she was almost shouting. Surprised by the sudden outburst, Sisk took a step back, wondering what he had done wrong. Suddenly, it was as if her knees were giving way. Suddenly, Verdi found the Le-matoran clinging to his shoulder to hold herself upright. "I'm sorry...I'm sorry..." she muttered, faint, "I didn't mean to snap at you...it's just been...a very long day."

OOC: Gunner (and the Infernavika) from Ko-Wahi.IC: [Gunner] - Le-Wahi Waters, InfernavikaGunner let a sigh of relief loose as soon as the Infernavika floated into the waters of Le-Wahi. Almost immediately, warmth flooded his body, and the icy chills of Ko-Wahi retreated."Now this is more like it," he grinned, "Y'know, if not for the annoying amount of villagers here, this might be a very nice place to kick back, chill out, maybe even settle down and start a family."The Toa took another swig from his flask, chuckling, "Yeah, right."IC: [Plagia Simul] - Pala-KoroNoting a large amount of movement around the Turaga's cages, Plagia quickly excused herself, making her way over to where Madrihk and a number of other beings were gathered. They seemed to be discussing over a map of the island, about some sort of 'hidden lines' that would lead them to something or other."What's all this about 'lines' then, mates?" the Toa said as cheerfully as she could, pushing her way into the crowd.-Void

IC: Kethrye -"Um, I believe you're a bit late for that," Kethryre said to Desilix , raising an eyebrow. "The rama hive was destroyed yesterday, by the way. I could have sworn I already informed you of that." IC: D -D was happy. That is, D was what his thoroughly damaged psyches's equivalent of happy. This meant that the voices in his head weren't telling him to kill anybody. They had destroyed the nui-rama's hive! And only a couple of them had died! Perhaps this hero-ish person thing would actually work out.D had, under the name Voriki, seamlessly (well, mostly) got himself into the Island Liberation Squad, mostly because it seemed like a good idea at the time. Apart from that detective guy, every thing is sunshine and, eh- more sunshine, he thought, his joy decreased when he passed the scene of Kethrye and Alfon greeting the throng of newcomers. Well, even bright days have dark clouds, only in this case, I could kill the dark clouds and makes things better. He'd get around to it, eventually, but right then he was too busy being happy.

IC-Grochi:Grochi nodded with Gunner."My prime is long past, as it is," he growled out. "Well, anyways, I want to check out this Pala-Koro, see if they wouldn't mind giving us supplies-they're closer to us, anyways. Would you mind coming along, Gunner?"

IC: For once, Doomie wasn't bouncing off walls and babbling. He laid in his cabin with a cherubic smile, sleeping off days of tireless combat and adventuring. The only sign of life the toa displayed was the rise and fall of his great torso. For all other intents and purposes, he was dead to the world. And Zmija held his head in her cross-legged lap. She caressed it, staring into wooden walls. Her eyes were unblinking. The letter had come earlier. He'd grinned and yelled in excitement but let her destroy it with her power, crumbling the encrypted tablet into thousands of pieces swept away by the verdant waves. There was no more to be said.

IC(Stalav)

"Well, bring-take something good with you when you leave-go," he adds before finding a Ga-Koroan jam in the cooler. He begins to spread it on the bread while saying,"So, talk-tell me about yourself." The Matoran was curious to hear the past of a Toa who would risk his life for him. Not that it was a big surprise that he would risk his life for him, it was Stalav for Mata-Nui's sake.-Mef Man

IC-Kal:Odd, this Matoran wanted to know about Kal. What would he say?"Er...I'm an orphan who was raised by his uncle, and was recently half blinded by a Toa of Shadow," he said, gesturing to his right eye.

OOC: Those of you joining the ILS, send me a PM so I know to add your characters to the list. :)IC: Madrihk"We're not quite sure yet," Madrihk replied to Plagia's question. "All we know is that the only things left amongst the ashes of the Nui-Rama hive are charred insect corpses and a black obelisk with the inscription 'HIDDEN LINES'. Oh, and it's got six holes or slots for holding some unknown items."The Toa of Ice shrugged."Some have gone to check it out further. Maybe they'll find something, maybe they won't. Either way, I feel like we'll have to pursue the issue; along with the Turaga's current predicament. Tell me... have you ever heard of a breed of rare spiders that can only be found deep underground?"

OOC: @Katuko, Plagia is actually from off-island, so she might have some knowledge of Visorak. I should probably ask Nuju about this, shouldn't I?IC: [Gunner] - Le-Wahi Waters, InfernavikaGunner shrugged, non-chalantly. He had never heard of this 'Pala-Koro' place, but if it was this well-known, the village must have some supplies. Maybe even some good-looking females..."Sure, why not..." he grinned, leaping to his feet, and swiping up his broadsword, before shouting out, "ALRIGHT! LET'S BRING DOWN THE DINGHY!"-Void

OOC: Katuko, feel free to correct me if I say something stupid with Ledzel. :P

IC(Ledzel and Stalav)

Ledzel slowly walks toward Madrihk and asks, "So, what do you need me to do?" The Toa of Stone smiles slightly as he awaits his orders.Stalav shrugs slightly as he says,"Whatver gets you past-through the night. How was the food-grub?"-Mef Man

IC-Grochi:"Too many years have passed," Grochi said, as they came into the lake. Grochi noticed the village, and he and Gunner rowed over to it, and proceeded to tie the dinghy to a rather strong-looking tree, as they walked near Pala-Koro, to the two people greeting others at the opening of the village gate.IC-Kal:"Very good, thank you," Kal said. "I would repay you for it, but I have no widgets on me." He shrugged. "Ah, well, I'll find a way at some point." He seemed to have completely forgotten the earlier battle.

"Ah, don't worry-think about it," the Matoran replies. "It's the least-smallest thing I could do-accomplish after you save-rescued me. Dumb creepers..." OOC: @Katuko, Plagia is actually from off-island, so she might have some knowledge of Visorak. I should probably ask Nuju about this, shouldn't I?
OOC: Well, off-island is off-limits, usually. I was referring to Skaarn (the Hordika we have caged) and his wild story about spider venom and energized proto being the cure for Parakuka.By the way: Lake Pala does not have any connecting rivers as far as I can tell. This is why we parked our boat and canoes at shore when we first came to Le-Wahi, so that we could avoid the mountainside sticking southwards between the fjord and the lake.IC: Madrihk
Ledzel
"Right now we haven't got all that much to do, since a bunch of people are looking into this obelisk thing and yet others have gone to the six villages to deliver the Turaga's message."Madrihk checked his list of team members and smiled faintly at how long it had gotten."If you need something to do, there are plenty of new people who needs a look around or a briefing or something, I guess. IC: Kethrye -Kethrye eyed the new newest beings to appear in front of where he and Alfon were seated. One was a Toa of unidentifiable element with a green kanohi, looked harmless enough, apart from the rapier he carried on his belt. The other was a tall, trench coat wearing Toa of Air who's arms looked disproportionately long compared to the rest of him, a broadsword slung over his back. Whoever they were, they certainly were dangerous."And you are?" Kethryre said, addressed the strangers.

IC-Kaylov:Kaylov's Gukko landed in Pala-Koro, flying off to Le-Wahi after the elderly Turaga dismounted. He was overjoyed to see the Turaga again, but his reunion with them could wait a moment-first, he had to speak with the leader of this group. He walked up to the tall Toa of Ice in the center of the village, slowly, and he proceeded to tap him with his staff."Are you the one they call Madrihk?" The feeble Turaga asked, squinting up at the Toa of Ice he was standing by.

IC: Dervian looked at the snide Matoran. Long, awkward silence. Then, ridiculously loud laughing. "AHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!" Dervian nearly fell over. "Look, little guy, I spent my WHOLE LIFE fighting a bloody war. I was the scout, always the one captured, always the one first to fight, and a good one too. I had a kill count contest with my old buddy, Cliffjumper." He finally stopped laughing. "Look at this! They burned down the Hive! They blew up one of the biggest threats by Makuta on the island! I've seen blood, lots of it. I've seen heads roll, made heads roll, ripped out sparks while I'm half-dead and missing all the flesh on the back of my neck, bleeding out." All that was true, and not exaggerated. Merely stated without his failures, which numbered almost as much as his successes. "I'm Dervian of the Aukati. Check on the rep, yep, second to none."OOC: OWNEDED.IC: Optimus nodded to Bane. "We are not smiled upon either. We spent most of our time here fighting a war...from a long time before any of us were here." He looked at the villagers. "And they chastised us for killing in war, calling it murder because the war was not their own. You may do stealth operations if you wish. I have a warrior well-versed in that type of combat."

IC:(Ledzel)

Ledzel nods his head before heading in the direction of the two beings. The Toa's mask showed a smile on his face, but the Toa was still upset after the recent events that claimed the lives of so many."Hello," Ledzel says to the two and the newcomers. He didn't have a good look at the new beings, but he smiled at them all just the same.-Mef Man

IC-Grochi:"Our names are unimportant," Grochi said, smiling, before a certain Toa of Plantlife came up to the group."I'll say," Dendron growled, though he looked more sad than angry. "Of course my brother won't tell us his name.""Oh, dear," Grochi moaned, and put on a sort of sheepish expression. "I, eh...Hullo to you too, Dendron," he said, though his hand slipped down to his rapier.IC-Kal:"Well, if I'm not needed," Kal said, boredly, "I'll be heading back to Pala-Koro now.
