  1. Brilliant design and characterization through the hunch. Very trickster-y. The axe is beautiful – definitely the best piece for the job. The toes are great too, and I keep thinking of a tree frog. Was that intentional?, 'cus it really helps the overall remake feel. And the makoki stone and mask are sending me on a nostalgia trip. However, I can't say I like the arms. The hands look a bit to big, almost like mits, and the foot/elbow doesn't really seem to work here as well as it did for Onua.
  2. I just started watching and NOW I CAN'T STOP HALP
  3. "Present" I've never been that active here, and when I retired it didn't exactly do my activity any good. I've kinda migrated over to Flickr, but I'm not really that active there either. If I had some more free time I might end up posting more, but in the past I've jut ended up lurking. Hopefully I'll have a few creations to post soon.
  4. You should try making a drawn comic (or at least a panel).
  5. I watched the video and read the review for info on the give-away, but I couldn't find any. Was there supposed to be a mention of it?
  6. and much more worthy of a timely topic… seriously though, it's a beaut.

  12. I'm just excited they'll actually be released. You can always order from the UK. I also applaud the staff for trying to get some as prizes. For those interested (and I am DEFINITELY one), it'll be an incredibly motivating prize.
  13. You got shirts! I knew I shouldn't have retired…
  14. Can we expect to see a large resurgence of functions in LEGO sets due to the large number in Chima?

  17. Boat studs are incredibly useful for joints, paunches, and shaping, just to name a few. Most useful: This is hard, but the one that comes to mind is this little guy. Least Useful: This, but only because I think I recall the Galidor Module being used in something. I could be misremembering though.
  18. The pieces on these things are beautiful, especially the dark tan shells on the ice vulture thing, as well as Cragger's mata-green shells. This actually makes me want to preorder them. I just hope they aren't a mistake that'll be taken down.
  19. That's not how it woooooorks also very sorry if the gif is too big I've been so inactive that I need a refresher on the rules
  20. Either that, or one bio is 46.0130112422 metres. Basically, it seems the scale of the Bionicle universe wasn't well thought out. We know one bio is roughly 4.5 feet because Toa are about 7.2 feet or 1.6 bio tall. That statistic is nearly as old as our statistics about the size of Metru Nui if I'm not mistaken — it's from the 2005 BIONICLE Encyclopedia. I think it's more likely that the locations on that map of the Matoran Universe are not drawn to scale. That's what I'm pointing out. If we work from the bio, kio and mio, we get a smaller MU than if we work from 40 million feet. Plus, everything seems to work if we just ignore the 40 million, which makes me think that the figure wasn't really that well thought out by the story team.

  22. You have to upload it to an image hosting site such as flickr, brickshelf, or the gallery portion of BZP, then link to it.
