  1. As long as they actually DO update the game regularly, I'll be happy. Breakout(mobile) promised several updates that never came. But hopefully they'll do better this time.
  2. [quote name=Toasylar" post="474802" time="1355329720]I am sorry, i know I already posted a ton of questions, but while playing MNOG some questions gnawed at me: -How did the Toa acquire noble masks? Were they given or did they find them? -When did they get the Makoki Stones? -Is there any canon explanation that Greg can come up with (even on the spot) for the use of the words Tohunga and Koronan, the descent into the Suva to get the golden mask, the Mana Ko in the Mangaia in Legend of Mata Nui (video game)? -Did the Toa use Noble Masks during the invasion of the Bohrok. -What is the meaning of the silver masks released in 2002? -How come the 2001 storyline is so messed up from all the different sources (MNOG, Tale of the Toa, LoMN video game, Comics)? -Why was there a floating golden Hau in Onu-Koro? -How come Ka is a Kahu in MNOG but a regular Gukko in MoL? THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS I WOULD LIKE TO BE ANSWERED THE MOST AS THEY HAVE BUGGED ME FOR YEARS! yes, we saw pohatu use a komau in the second bohrok animation. That is something I would like to know too. one of the many rest cons in Bionicle. The Gukko main species haven't been invented in MNOG, and the Kahu was considered non-cannon in MOL.
  3. I think when they just call something Protodermis, it is a raw, unrefined. Protodermis seems to mimic real world physics and substances, so a pice of Protodermis granite is different from the raw Protodermis (solid examples apply too liquid). When it comes too liquid Protodermis, it's close enough to regular water to be controlled by a toa of water, but when it is refined ( and turns blue). It much more closely mimics real warer. Is this making any sense?I read a theory on Protodermis being a sort of ciberclay. Never finished reading it though. So when it is just called Protodermis, it It is a blank slate, nothing has been programmed to make it act like something else. This makes it different to most Protodermis which is programmed to act like something else. Just an idea.
  4. Legendary elements. If you meen life, time, creation. Those are not elements.Probably right about the no iron or mag Skakdi. Can someone check BS01 timeline on the makuta evolution. I haven't got time right now.
  5. I reckon ny of the secondary elements could exist within a Skakdi. Although I dought light or shadow would exist; if Spirah gave them the powers then he probably left out those two for reasons stated upove, if he unlocked or enhanced pre-existing abilities then he probably had them killed (for the same reasons, they might be a threat.). As for phonics, I highly dought that any Skakdi would be capable of the mental discipline needed to control this element. As a result of being one short power wise, they probably died off rather quickly.
  6. I tend too belive that they did build it! The third robot was just stashed ofworld somewhere. There was some major 'problem' and it simply couldn't be fixed in time. ( this is all part of my idea for Bionicle's next chapter. Which I'm not going to tell you anything else about). I've been desperately hoping that no one would bring up the third colossus, in case it ruined my chances of using it in Bionicle gen 2 when I eventually get a job at LEGO. I've even got a code name for the project planed out and everything! But I think the idea of the Great beings final false safe in the Valley of the maze and prototype robot reboot makes a lot of sense. ( I think the GBs hade OCD in fake safes).
  7. Jovan and his team were toa even before they went to voya nui. But no, they were not inika. It's just a matter of inika pices are what were available for the combiner model.
  8. That looked more like chilly then chilly-bot in the last panel... It's the mask.Anyway, don't start beating yourself up for being a little late. (your still way more consistent then any other comic-maker here. No offense other comic makers). Yeah, I say we recommend him a therapist...The therapist probably wouldn't last too long.
  9. Aww... Don't worry Utah, I remember you Anyway it's good to see this up and running ( I wasn't around for the last two calendars).
  10. What I'm saying is that there may have been other species apart from Agori, glatorian, skrall. That might have organized themselves in the same way. E.g. Skrall of the lightning tribe, just an example. As for being too advance, what do we actualy know of SM tech and scientific understanding before the core war?
  11. And I suppose not all of these elements/tribes would have been Agori / glatorian. After all we have skrall for rock but no glatorian. This is just helping to fill any holes in my theory.
  12. Well thanks, but what I keen with Gresh is that some of his ancestors were air tribe, so he has 'the blood of an air warrior ' These guys live for well over 100,000 years so 1 or 2 generations could be the rise and fall of a tribe.
  13. So I've been thinking of this for a wile now. As we all know, on sperus magna there are six elemental tribes,( formerly seven), and the great beings based the elements of the matoran universe and the matoran tribes on these elements. Only they made up another dozen elements and dropped sand. Why? Where did all these new elements come from?Well, thats where this little theory comes in.Basically, over past generations on spheres magna, and were talking billions of years, the natives developed a belief in many different elements, primordial forces, on which they based their civilization.Over time, through varying means; natural causes, political issues, annona, etc. Many of the tribes died out or disbanded until only six remained active. So, when the great beings created the matoran, they looked back to these ancient tribes to do what the six elements could not in order to maintain mata nui.Side theories:The reason Gresh got air powers from mata nui rather then jungle was because he was defended from an air tribe. The great beings didn't use sand for the matoran because it would just ich in awkward places, ( not very useful.Sorry, I can't just let this one lie, acid was one of the original eighteen elements, SM tribe didn't survive and the great beings didn't want to revive it for the matoran, ( bohrok are ok though). Umm...That's about it for now, thoughts?
  14. MU beings need a body to be teleported up and revived. The makuta don't have bodies to be repaired and revived. Same plies to disintegrated, dissipated and completely organic beings.
  15. Umm. The whole title hasn't come up.But I'll assume you ment to say merge to ultimate krana-kal, on which case he would probably have to destroy all of the bohrok-kal to get the krana, which would mean there'd be nothing left to use it.What made you think of this? Assuming I guessed the question right.
  16. Um, I'm dot douting your word but could we see this poster.I've never heard of it before.
  17. Old Gavla?Either that or he just stoll someone else's heartstone.
  18. the upper temple (with the suva kaita) is part of the camoflage system, with the spires around it acting as sensors. the lower temple however (with the giant statue) was matoran-made I belive.
  19. Jaller.captain of the guard, leader of the Toa Mahri, Toa of Fire.always keeps his cool and thinks things through (not easy for a toa of fire).loyal to the end, and then some.etc.if you can find something against him, your dilusional.
  20. 1. So, that chamber underneath the great sundial with that golden mask. From MNOG back in 01. What were those, their purpose? What were they even?2. Also, when Takanuva destroyed/reviled the statue of a mask at kini-nui in MoL, was it a Pakari like I'm the movie or an Avohkii like in the book? BS01 said Pakari but in Legacy of Evil it's an Avohkii. Thanks Greg for not forgetting us and thanks Erebus for being the middle-man ( that's a compliment ).
  21. I would thing the location would vary by a personal prefference. both areas are high in electrivity/lightning, one is just more organised. So basicaly i couldnt decide.
  22. Im ganna go with Bo-Matoran, though Flo (for flora) could be another option?I think realy enhanced refrexes is the most practical trait.
  23. Was this from an official comment? Don't mean to be over-questioning, but I thought that both were about a foot less.We know how tall they are in Bios and we know how tall a Bio is in feet and meters, so there you go.Actually we do have conversions, they were in the encyclopediaMio - 1000 kio or 850miles / 1370 kilometersKio - 1000 bio or 4500feet / 1317 metersBio - 4.5feet / 1,37meters.
  24. I read it in the archives, but I can't be certain without spending weeks searching for the quote. But the mata nui & voya/karzani matoran are shorter then most. And the karda nut matoran were taller.Nui, karda-nui, darn spellcheck!
