The Toa Ignika always seemed a bit ugly to me, those rubber masks (spikes? Scales!? Teeth???) , the marbled colours (those would be fine if there were more varieties) and the colour schemes of Hewkii and Nuparu were a bit odd. still they were fine compared to the Toa Hordika, the idea of being mutated could of been much better executed without being garish. The mataron of mata nui were disappointing in that they had limited colours. And those ab things are gross looking.

What art style do you think your series will be? I think flash animation style with a bit more detail would work well.

Have you thought of making this production a episodic series? Might make it more manageable to produce and allow for more varied character development?

Yeah I was also annoyed that Netflix was lazy and used G2 footage. Still a good episode. -
Just wondering how people like Peri animates make animations that look like mnog. I’m not that tech savvy or anything so I don’t know how the online animations were made, just curious what apps etc would be needed or if the props are available.

I recently snapped yet another “hand” piece and added it to my pile of snapped limbs etc. is there any way to fix snapped Bionicle pieces or LEGO in general? I have tried model aircraft glue on one piece:kopaka’s sword but it snapped again into three pieces!

Whoopie! Fixed it, a lightsaber rod did the job (so a narrow stick of sorts did do the trick) weird the axle ‘pin’ was 2’ long, not sure how I over looked that.

@Makuta LurokaIn hindsight I have no idea why but as I mentioned I think I was curious to see how the hockey heads went together (the incident actually happened months ago) Definitely a bruh moment when I realised that the pieces weren’t designed to be separated. @MoarBotar fat oof indeed, I was thinking a metal rod.

So. Um. I made a mistake. I was curious how the hockey figure heads go together and had a shoulder/helmet/mobile uplink piece and a tohunga head and connected them. Anyway now it’s stuck, anyone else make this mistake before? And any ideas how to fix it?

Interesting, that picture seems closer to G1 in ways with the beach. Man all this tension is killing me, I personally don’t want another reboot and would prefer something connected to G1 but by the looks of the stuff posted so far by Faber I’m doubtful.

Wow, Lenny your 1st suggestion/idea is literally what I have been thinking of doing, although I would probably only do the mata nui robot to keep the set in a reasonable price range.

Thanks for all the replies, sorry about the lightning thing I just thought that there might be a connection as water conducts electricity and Ga toa have a bit of control over the weather. Also to rephrase my question I just thought that maybe most secondary elements could be connected to the 6 main ones in someway as they are often more specific than ‘fire’ e.g ‘heat’

The Bohrok fusion from the Japan LEGO club magazine is epic and is probably better looking than any other bohrok combo. shame it’s not canon.

For ages I thought all the islands in the MU were on the surface like Mata Nui and I couldn’t understand how Voya Nui could break off from the main continent and be floating when it was already on the outside. Also when I thought all the islands were on the surface I thought for some reason that the toa were made on red star and launched from there (this is also before I knew it was for reviving people)
