IC: Rose [Refectory] The thin, spiny rahk made her way to a nearby table with a dish of slop, and proceeded to plunge her face into the disgusting ooze, two of her eyes peeking above the surface like a Swamp Stalker as she ate in only the messiest fashion possible. IC: Teeth [Halls->Dorm] I sigh with relief as i open the room to my dorm, it's stuffy, cramped, and very bland, but that's honestly what makes it so much more pleasant... "Time for a nap" I say out loud, like an idiot, before catching myself and just, going to sleep. yeah, i'll just go to sleep sure, I flop down into my bed and pretend this whole school doesn't exist... ...did I leave the door open? huh. OOC: Teeth and Rose OFI, Kaita whenever.

    I am still blown away by these results, i did not expect to get that many votes. O: I would like to thank everyone, but mostly the folks of Bionicles Adventures Comix, for having not entered this comic contest, as had either of them put in an entry, i probably would not have won. :b

    yeah s'just a coincidence caused by most of the introduced female characters bein background or "fodder" characters, practically designed to be slain en masse, so it makes sense that fatality would happen in the same areas as the woefully scant women happen to be. o:

    As far as i can tell, Greg wrote those stories to be perpetual, so those unfinished serials would, upon conclusion, merely raise more questions than they answered, as if prepping for, oh, i dunno, more serials? speaking of what ruined bionicle...

    at most i'd take Vezon cameo, but like, an unobtrusive, well written Vezon, y'know? (i just like piraka...)

    on tools sorta seems split tho, Lewa, Gali, and Onua have tools that, while suitable as weapons, do indeed function as a "tool" for their environment on the side. o: Tahu and Kopaka just have swords though,and Pohatu apparently doesn't need toa tools because barbarically pelting opponents with rocks works fine for him.

    oh yeah i did see what you meant shortly after, the scale i draw heads/legs at compared to the size of the torso, and the wya i centered the image, kinda draws the eyes from the face to the hips, skipping over the (also heavily detailed by comparison) shoulder/chest area. o: not to come across s a lil brash here, but i've kinda been getting the "eyes are a lil big" note a lot, and i'm gonna state it here that this isn't exactly meant to be realism here. sorry. x:

    thanks, Rorkshi was probably the most fun to draw, <: (odd, i use Gimp for all my stuff, tho notably i did draw bigger here n i usually do, and it depends on if you have a tablet, and set the pressure variables on or not. o: )

    that is really good to hear since i wasworried the rush i ended up putting on it (put off a lot of work till the last few days as usual) would heavily impact any quality. thanks! oh yeah, i see what you mean. oops. x: panel layout is one of my enemies in comic making, alongside pacing, dialogue, and background art. uou

    My hand really hurts and i still think i was cutting corners here but whatever: page 1 page 2 page 3 page 4 page 5 page 6 I honestly had planned to add color, but the deadline approached a lil fast so i left it b&w, which kiiinda makes the sprite sections look odd? idk, i'll let you judge my scribbles uou

    Well this is no surprise, LEGO is mostly self contained w/ a few licenses, Disney is, meanwhile, buying out as many competitors to its empire as sees fit, when you reduce your competition by engulfing them into your own sales, you tend to rise through the ranks.
