OOC: lol, I'll use my cannon weilding Vortixx to interact. :PIC: KarkhalmThe Vortixx was simply walking around when he saw a tree suddenly turn to dust. Now that wasn't normal. He approched the spot carefully, his fusion cannon held ready."Who's there?" he heard someone say.He saw another Vortixx, who was facing away from him. Casually resting against a tree he replied, "Who wants to know?"

OOC: Arg! Is this what happens when two of my character's are in Le-Wahi!?

IC: Dalia, Le-Koro, Le-Wahi, Dalia's Lounge, Talking to Sev:"I don't plan on being a center of one's attention, and I'm most flattered by that," The Mark-Bearer said, "Besides, for one to excel in their line of work, one must be good at it, right?"She gave a playful wink to the Vortixx, her mark still influencing her.

IC: Sev"Very, very, true Lassie. Ya gotta be good, to gain success." Sev stated cooly, "It seems, ya have been successful Lass. 'grats."
IC: Dalia, Le-Wahi, Le-Koro, Dalia's Lounge:"Now," Dalia started, "If you want, you can come in and rest for awhile, unless you adventueres like yourself have more important things to be doing."The Red glow faded from her eyes as her mark turned off. Even with a nigh unlimited amount of energy, things could not last forever, and the sudden loss of her mark's powers made the Mark-Bearer stagger, and she fell into the ground outside her Lounge, momentarily dazed.

IC: Auron, Le-Wahi, Le-Koro, Scared of Skakdi:Auron jumped back, momentarily stunned by the Skakdi, but being a fool, he thought the Skakdi was a Toa using a mask of Illusion."Ha! A very good disguise, other important things. You fix armor, yes? I repay you with favor, I have no widgets," The Toa said, hoping he would accept his offer.

IC (Matan and Natan): "We don't normally deal in favors" Matan replied, but maybe we can make a deal. Tell me, what can you do? What services can you give my brother and I?" He ignored the part about a disguise, mostly because it confused him. He wasn't wearing anything like a disguise, nor concealing anything.
IC: Auron, Le-Wahi, Le-Koro, Bartering:"I can do many things for you and your brother. I can defeat your enemies. I can cause distractions, and hunt murderers. I can also use mask, sneak past enemies, take things. Useful trait," The Toa stated. Unknown to him, a wound had opened, and the blood slowly trickled down his right side. The Toa did not feel the wound, and instead awaited the Skakdi's (who he thought was a disguised Toa) response.OOC: To many characters in one place!

IC - Kyat - StreetsThe miser with no money. The lord with no throne. The king of no isles.Kyat lay in an alley, nearly dead. His mask had been stolen. His own golden sword had been plunged into his leg (through his leg) to keep it pinned to the ground. His body was riddled with cuts and bruises, a large scar running down his chest in an "X" patern. His unmasked face had multiple cuts. Things were not looking good for the outcast. It had started with a bet. A challenge..."Only four shots? Thats the best you can do?""You wish, water rat. I can beat you with three times that much Salamander down the hatch!" Kyat had agreed to this. He would drink twelve shots of Salamander's Revenge and subsequently beat the toa in a fistfight. The toa had downed the dozen drinks with the entire pub watching eagerly. He finished, and groggily raised his fists. The other toa, Kinika, did the same. However, he took a thirteenth drink, almost as if to taunt Kyat. The toa of iron also raised his fists. The fight was on. Kinika threw a punch, but it was caught by Kyat and returned up into Kinika's chin. He stumbled backwards a bit before being shoved back towards the other toa. Kyat launched his foot into Kinika's chest, but the kick was grabbed. With control of Kyat's foot, he twisted and shoved, sending Kyat into a table. The toa was instantly up again, and tossed a chair at his opponent. Kinika, however, destroyed the chair with one kick. It snapped in half.Kyat, slightly bloody from his contact with the chair, came at Kinika with a flurry of punches. One hit the toa's chest, the other his mask. Kinika returned with a punch to face, but it met Kiox's fist. He soon felt a knee in his chest that sent him back a few feet. Kinika kept coming, however, and executed a kick that connected with Kyat's chest and sent him to the ground. Before he could get back up, Kinika pounced on him and, doubling his fists, knocked him out.The last thing he remembered was a bunch of patrons swarming him.Kyat groaned. If he wasn't discovered soon, he would die.OOC: Open for interaction.

IC:"Cy, your idea-plan sounds the most plausible to me," Matau replied. "And if this is truly an island-wide effort-attack, Le-Koro must do its part. Vey good-well. I shall send the Gukko Riders to help you, and you may give them instruction-orders as you see fit. But you must first ask each rider if they want to risk their self-lives. Those that are aware and choose to home-stay must be allowed to do just that."

IC: Reordin (Matau's Hut, Le-Koro)Reordin saluted the Turaga respectfully."Thank you, Turaga Matau. If you'll excuse me, sir, I need to send for a contingent from the Sanctum Guard in Ko-Koro."-Teezy

IC:Kethrye nodded. "I presume we will gather the Gkko Force members here and then return to Pala Koro to rendezvous with the other militias," he said, directing his speech at Madrihk. "We can then brief the gathered beings on the mission plan."

OOC: AuRon, you do not know what too many characters in one place is. :P I had 7 characters in Le-Koro at once! All of them very active! :lol:IC: AelynnShe stayed outside the Turaga's hut and waited for the others.

IC: Cy said, "I suppose I will take charge of rounding up part of the Gukko Force, seeing as I have worked with them before, unless you wish to differ, Mahdrik."

IC: Madrihk"Not at all," Madrihk said, and nodded approvingly to Cy. "I need to organize the rest of the mission anyways, and also escort your female companion to our village, as promised. Let's see... Reordin will be going to Ko-Koro, while Aryll and Mevi should have reached Ta-Koro by now. Trakuda, too, should be in contact with the Ussalry...""Thank you, Turaga," he said, and began leaving the hut along with his companions. He trailed off, mumbling a bit to himself as he wrote down some things on his trusty notepaper."I'm not sure where we should gather. Le-Koro may be closest to the hive, but Lake Pala is perhaps closer for the Ta- and Ko-Koro Guard forces?"

IC:"I will gather the Gukko Force here. Quick-toss me a message with a copy of your plan when you are ready, and we will do as you ask. If you need us in a far-place, then tell us and we can sky-hop with quick-speed. Use your Koro to gather the other forces for ease of travel." Cy answered.OOC: I presume we hopefully have staff permission to use Matoran NPCs for the hive attack now? Also, we need to find two Mahiki users, some Toa of Fire and Sonics, a Toa of Earth, and additional Kakama wearers for Cy's plan to work. What does Pala-Koro have covered in way of those forces?

IC: HakilveThe passed through thin air as Hakilve teleported slightly to the right of his current position. The four armed Toa then began to attack the matoran in return. He held his blade like a sword, and swung at Lux's midsection. Although, not very hard or fast, as this was only training."This isn't just training for you you know, I'm getting some practice with this Kualsi."

IC (Matan and Natan): "We do not want you to kill anyone" Matan replied slowly. "We are new to this island, and have left our foes far behind on Zakaz. This island is a fresh start, and while many here seem to dislike the Skakdi, we have no quarrels with anyone here. If all your skills involve violence or antagonism, then I am afriad we cannot help you. How else may you pay for our services? Can you cook? Can you make things with your hands? Can you speak well? These things are of value to us."

OOC: The way I read it is that we can use some NPCs, but it would be preferred to speak with people in-person. we can't just take the whole force and assume they will back us up. In any case, when the attack goes off I will have staff controlling most of the NPCs, just make sure we "play fair". ;)The current Island Liberation Squad is detailed in the blog post linked in my sig. We have a Toa of Fire (blind, but with an Arthron guiding him) and a Mahiki-wearer. Our Toa of Earth is unfortunately now "AFK", so we'll need a new one there. Madrihk and Mehlnai both wear Kakama, though I'm sure we can find another few just by asking in the Discussion topic.IC: Madrihk (Le-Koro)"I will. See you later, then, Cy."Madrihk finished recording the day's developments on his paper and then turned towards Aelynn."What do you say," he asked, "since he will be handling the Gukko Force, should we go back to Lake Pala right away, or is there still something you need to do here?"

IC: Aelynn"Something else... No I don't think so..." the Toa of Iron said, only to remember something Cy had said before, "Wait, yeah there is something. Cy and I were going to get a new Kanohi for me... But I can always do that later.""And this might come in handy helping you guys out with the attack on the hive," she said, indicating her Mask of Reanimation.

IC: Lux - ArenaLux wasn't nearly quick enough to catch the blade with anything other than his midsection. Fortunately, the most it did was whack him, making the Matoran wince. But the stone villager had lived through far worse, and the discomfort stopped registering once he spun around (yet again), bringing his sword around for a strike at Hakilve's head."Well, you seem to be doing pretty well so far," he said, mid-swing.-Void

IC: MadrihkOnce he recognized the rather rare - and somewhat immoral - mask, Madrihk smiled a sly grin."I was about to say that we could switch," he said, "but my Kakama has been serving me too well to just discard. Still... having that thing on hand could be useful. I believe you haven't been getting much use out of it when not in battle? I was about to say I could use it, but given that I would need corpses on hand at all times, it's a bit impractical..."

OOC: Sorry for the delay. Finally found the time to RP a bit. But I have some art that needs to be finished within the next three days, so I am under slight bit of pressure.IC:Rhow looked at Iraanus and shrugged. "Never had to deal with them myself..." Rhow said, tentatively. What Iraanus had said took her a few moments of quiet to process. Not seen in a hundred years. Sons of Makuta. Something was definitely foul on this Island. She had felt it ever since she had gotten to the place. But now that foulness became more concrete, something tangible, more than just a shadow hanging over everything, a darkness representing an actual threat. The Skakdi sighed."Truth be told, Iraanus, I haven't had to deal with anything but the wild since I got here. All this Rahkshi-business, the Toa running around on this forsaken rock in the ocean, that's all above my head." she admitted.

IC: Iraanus"I don't exactly like it all, either," the Skakdi replied. "But...I cannot help but think that we haven't seen the last of this. The tides of destiny pull us all, irrevocably, in directions we never could have expected, let alone understood." As he said this, the lilypad was pulled the last few feet, bumping gently against the roots of the massive tree. The two Skakdi dismounted the lilypad, Iraanus releasing the water from his control. The plant drifted lazily back into the expanse of the lake as Iraanus followed Rhow into one of the mechanisms hanging from the tree. He flipped a few levers, and the mechanism slowly began to rise. OOC: From Ga-Wahi...IC - Decaia - Le-Wahi: Quick blades of water cut through the foliage of the jungle as Decaia made his way through it, one hand holding tightly to his bag of possessions, the other manipulating the liquid. His eyes were focused and cold as he moved forward, his thoughts distant. Can't believe I'm back here already, he thought. How many times have I been chased out of here, exactly? He shook his head. Doesn't matter. Once I get a new pair of weapons, I'm leveling this place...

IC: Zealokan, Payiges'Aww, come on guys, I missed my ending scene!' After hearing about the assassination attempt, he nodded, and apologised for his reaction.Zealokan and Payiges were still messing around backstage when they heard the summons to the center of the village. 'Hmm, they left without us. How rude.''Yes, quite. Anyway, let's head.''Got it'The two Toa went to the center of Le-Koro, Zealokan wearing a white and red hooded robe from the play, Payiges wearing a black knee-length skirt and and button-up shirt, her costume in her role as the hero's sister. Upon arriving, the Silver Toa shouted 'One, you left us behind, and two, what's next on the agenda?'

IC (Dekuna): "We didn't leave you behind" Dekuna (still dressed as the Big Bad Troll) corrected. "If we had wanted to do that, I wouldn't have called you, would I? As for the agenda, our leader has decided that we should go to Onu-wahi. If you want details, ask him. Now we're just waiting for Tangrua, Tegam and Amakav to turn up so we can get going."OOC: Lema from Ko-wahi.IC (Lema): Within half a minute, the icy wastes and distant peaks of Ko-wahi receeded from Lema's view, bringing him back to the forests of his homeland. The trees welcomed him back into their branches, gently mumbling and rustling in the evening breeze. The warmth, jungle sounds and familiar sights all made Lema immeasurably glad to have left Ko-wahi.Careful to avoid the perils of the Fau swamp, Lema leapt onto a gust of wind and was carried into the treetops. Many Le-matoran enjoyed leaf-running here, but as Lema flashed through the jungle with magical speed, he was caught halfway between running and flying. It was exhilarating. He continued south towards Lake Kanae. All too soon (he thought) the toa reached his destination. He slid along a brance on rigid legs until he reached the trunk, where he leapt into mid air and caught a vine. It swung around the trunk, but held his weight. He let go, and dropped lightly into a bright glade, surrounded by ancient kauri and rata trees. At the far end, one of the rata's trunks was split, revealing its hollow interior and the entrance to a cave. Home sweet home. The cave, however, had another inhabitant. A loud buzz announced the arrival of a nui-kopen, who emerged from the cave, stinger poised to strike. Many times, the great wasp had heard the sounds of a toa entering just as Lema had, and knew what they meant."Hi, Zadok, I'm home!" Lema announced joyfully, and went to greet the nui-kopen. It responded in kind, buzzing contentedly and lowering its stinger. He rubbed its back affectionately. The two were a team, the best of friends. While other Le-matoran often chose to ride gukko birds, Lema had raised Zadok from a pupa, back when he was still a Matoran of Le-koro. They were both worn out from an early start to the day, having been woken by the Rahkshi's srceech, so they kept their reunion short and made their way, together, back into the cave.Lema took off his backpack and dropped it in its customay corner of the cave. He leaned his axe up against the wall next to it, hung his hammock and flopped down to rest.

OOC: Wasn't Kethrye originally all up in morality issues about D/Voriki even being on the team; and now he wants a Mask of Reanimation? :PIC: Madrihk"Sounds like a good idea, actually. If you don't like it but Kethrye thinks he can handle it, you should trade. As said, I could take it too, weren't it for the Kakama's more general usefulness."

OOC: Many thanks to TX Wade for allowing me to have this character. Anyone who wants to interact, go ahead.IC - Lezold - Le-KoroA toa entered the small village by the elevator. He was heavily cloaked, as he didn't especially want anyone to know who he was. That would be troublesome. Not many were as...open as he was about serving the Makuta. Of course, he tollerated no shame about his master, but being dead or thrown in jail were not choice fates if he was to aid Makuta in his conquest. He stepped into a small bar. It was a shady place, and he recieved no odd stares as he entered. Most of the people looked as suspicious as he did, or even more. The perfect place to hide his identity. He could collect a few things to expand his inventory. He would need supplies. And a drink.Lezold was back.

Heh.IC:Kethrye reached up, pulled off his mask and handed it to Aelynn, grabbing the Mask of Reanimation as he did so."Well, we'd better proceed back to Pala Koro now," he said, donning the Kanohi Tryna. "That is, if no one else has anything they need to do."

OOC: Shadow, wasn't Lezold interacting with Suminaxe and Kyju in the charred forest?IC: Auron, Le-Wahi, Le-Koro, Bartering:Auron quickly thought over the three examples that the Skakdi had given him, He knew how to make fires (as it was his element) and he knew how to cook meat (however, he disliked eating meat unless there were no edible plants), and he was able to create things to a limited extent, but probably not on the scale that the two armorsmiths wanted. Auron knew his knowledge of language was not up to par with the Skakdi's, or other beings."Auron can cook food, not best, but better than nothing," The Toa decided.

IC:Heuani had watched as the play in Le-Koro degenerated into chaos. He was almost regretful he hadn't been able to cause the commotion himself. But Makuta had ordered him to remain subtle - at this point, Heuani was still his master's secret, waiting to be unveiled at the right time. Heuani had to remain inconspicuous as he made his way through the Koro, hood up, one fist clenched around the little object he held. He moved quickly, but not too quickly to arouse any suspicion. The Toa of Shadow made his way over to an isolated corner of the village, almost at the edge of a suspended-in-air platform. The rest of the Koro was busy elsewhere, but Heuani nevertheless looked around to make sure that he was alone. He saw no one. The wooden platform on which he stood was supported by a huge, thick tree. There was a cluster of houses (all silent at this point in the day) around the tree, but also an area of bare bark. Heuani approached this area, and from within his cloak, withdrew the small object he'd been holding. It was a little stone that he had picked up from the ground some time earlier in the jungle, barely bigger than a pebble.Heuani regarded the stone for a second with casual disinterest, making sure it would do. He then, inside his cloak, slid the palm of his hand over the rippling blade of his flamberge. A little slash of the flesh, and some blood oozed out. Heuani smeared this over the stone and, from about five feet away from the tree, lobbed the stone at the trunk. It hit with a thud, but did not thud down to the earth. Before it could hit the wooden platform, the stone was grabbed, fast as lightning, by an arm of bark that shot out of the tree trunk. It viciously snapped up the stone, and retracted the rock back into the tree trunk, like a tongue. The rock vanished without a trace. If Heuani had pressed his hand directly to the tree, the tree would have eagerly devoured his whole arm, or more. But even the smear of blood seemed a acceptable offering. A second after it had taken his stone, a croaking noise emanated from the trunk, and a portion of the bark swung open, a door. Heuani entered the tree. The door closed behind him, seamless and invisible again.

IC (Matan and Natan): Well, if you're not much of a cook either, there is one other thing you could do" Matan sighed "Come inside" he instructed, and disapperared through the doorway and into his workshop, where he found Natan."This toa needs repairs" he said, "But he doesn't know how to pay. You remember the plan we discussed?""I do remember" Natan replied, and grinned a wolfish grin with his giant Skakdi jaw.

IC: Lux - ArenaLux smiled with satisfaction at that comment, and the fact that he had almost scored a hit Hakilve. Sliding backwards so that his sword was no longer being forced down by his opponent, the Matoran took a moment to catch his breath. Holding his blade at the ready, he stood prepared for an attack, remembering the Toa's advice to not make the first move.-Void
