Quick question, would anyone mind quickly making a banner for Aloft for me? I'd make one myself, but I kinda don't do well with that stuff. =/ 3D modeling, yes, artwork, not so much. =P
I'd love to, but Unfortunately I've lost the Computer that I do image related stuff with for a bit.

@ Hubert; Well, you'd need a pretty good reason for a zombie apocalypse to save your character from execution. I can think of three.@ Armadijo; Yes. Yes you do. You want Waves to win. And Goodbye Innocence. But Waves too.-Toa Levacius Zehvor :flagusa:

I know, I know, just putting on some finishing touches. =D Should be up very soon. =)Warning everyone now, though, this is rather large. If only because this is pretty much establishing half of Bota Magna's layout(Big thanks to Lev for helping... Or, rather, thinking up the majority of the ruins' descriptions, which I'm currently going through and adding details. I singlehandedly thought up the City's description, though, so... =P). xD

Tip - if you want to make a piece of paper look older and worn, let the thing sit in strong tea for a while, then leave it out to dry in the light (preferably sunlight, I find). Never do this with pen; has to be pencil. Pen bleeds like a stuck pig. For additional effect, use a blowdyer or, better yet, the actual wind - but be careful with this one, you don't want your hard work to be ruined. If you're feeling really lucky, crinkle the entire piece of paper up halfway through the process and then let it reform all crinkled up, but only if you don't plan on photocopying it. And finally, a little fire around the edges makes everything look cooler.Of course, Blades map didn't get the fire, the crinkling, or the wind. It was during the night, so I didn't have any sunlight, and had to use the kitchen light. And there wasn't any strong tea in the house.@ Vorex; Yeah, but Waves has a storyline that's just as cool and gives you eighty-seven and three quarters squared times the number of options. So anyone who votes for Fatal Error should, without any exceptions, vote for Waves. Actually, anyone at all should vote for Waves. Just because.-Toa Levacius Zehvor :flagusa:

Aloft's story's gonna get interesting fast, trust me on that one. ;)/EDIT: And it's up! =D See; told you guys it'd be done in a day. =P I just didn't get the estimation of when it'd happen right. >>'Any thoughts? I probably made the post a little too long, but not much I can do there... But hey, at least it all fit. =DI figured I shouldn't put in a Weakness section in the profile; after all, when everything wants to kill you, if it's really determined, it'll find a way to kill you, weakness or no weakness. =PYou'll probably find a common link with all, or at least most, of the sector names for the City in the Sky. =)

Blades, hurry up! I want to see how this came out. Goodbye Innocence... why should you vote for it?IC: Strao"... Well, for one, it has a great story planned out for you. Aloft looks nice. I really like the idea of a city in the sky. But I'm not a fan of the Spherus Manga species. Maybe I'll make some sort of robot. Anyway I already know which rpgs I'll be voting for and I've started to right up characters too.

TPTI: You're going to allow Vorex? What, he's not gonna be allowed in unless he plays nice, follows commands, barks when he's happy, and stays outside when he's told to? =PJoking aside, we now have all three worlds potentially represented. Just one contest earlier than expected. =PParagon: Fair enough. I might see about robots; it'd certainly be interesting(Bonus points if your robot's sarcastic to one character, but nice to said character's closest friend/teammate. =P); though it probably wouldn't be too advanced, unless it was found in a ruin, and was the advanced tech... We could figure it out, though. =)

I think I've decided upon my big five for this contest:

  • Waves of the South
  • Aloft: City in the Sky
  • Agori Trail
  • Surrender Unto the Hive
  • Shifting Sands

Here's to at least three of these RPGs winning. =P-ibrow

Phew, that was cutting it close. Probably won't win this time round but its worth a shot
*looks at entry list**jawdrop*I Now have a new favorite RPG. I love the concept of this RPG (A concept that I always thought I would make something similar of if I ever make an RPG)but your characters can be Vorex? you've been playing RPGs too much :P

Agori Trail might get a vote in the Prelims, but I've already got my top three. Waves, GI, and now Aloft.<---- Also this guy.@ Blade; Well, that's my rules on Vorex. You have to really careful with him. He bites if he isn't trained.@ TD; Everybody reading his comments, be advised that researching it will lead to barfing.@ paragon; You really can't have Toa and the like involved in that type of set up. Imagine if a single Toa came to the city. They could destroy it within a matter of hours, pretty much. Also, it makes falling off of the city more dramatic. And fighting the colossi.Come on, somebody else submit an RPG....-Toa Levacius Zehvor :flagusa:

Frankly, we all know that Teridax is still alive in Goodbye Innocence. He's that voice in your head telling you not to go to work. The one saying you need to lie. Teridax is inside all of us.He also killed the creepy Makuta and replaced him, which is why he's so messed up.Here's a big question about this contest - what happened to Kirse? All of the Pro-Kirse people are now Pro-Fatal Error, and Kirse isn't getting any advertisements at all.@ Evex; We'll put the last entry in two polls and have it voted for in both. Then, the votes that it gets in both will be added up and divided by two to find the average votes. Bam! Over-complicated solution.@ Armadjio; Oversized and ludicrously epic settings. Me gusta. It better have a good backstory too. Me gusta backstory. But if it doesn't have any sand or water, it'll get boring fast.

Not really only Kal and Vorex from Kirse are Pro-Fatal Error. The rest of us aren't really fans of Aliens as the Enemies. The reason there is little advertising is that we are thinking of withdrawing from the Contest in order to improve Kirse.

Well, the Tennant-Smith transition did have him thinking so after he felt his hair. And there are female Time Lords. But not, Grochi, you're not allowed to play a Doctor expy. Doctor expy is off limits.@ Armadjio; What about a swashbuckling tournament on a space station?-Toa Levacius Zehvor :flagusa: Edited by Toa Levacius Zehvor

Xynlos is not Teridax.Teridax uses his psychic powers to chip you apart, his scheming and his pawns to kill you without getting his hands dirty.Xynlos will chop off your arms, then your legs, grab you and smash you into walls, the floor, and the ceiling. He will then envelop you in his mind, driving you mad with terror at the horrible, eldritch texture, the writhing madness, the all consuming white noise of his psyche. Then he will quite literally bite you head off.So no, Xynlos is not Teridax.Of course what I said there is rather extreme. I'll be more cautious if the RP actually happens in regards of violence.

Sounds like a fun guy. Pretty evil. But Character #3 is even more evil. And I still say Teridax is still alive. He's easily the most powerful Makuta in the Brotherhood, and the most intelligent. The most patient, too. A very, very dangerous combination to have.I wouldn't be surprised if he had a plan like 'poison the wellspring that new Makuta are made from and fusing it to me, so that I can dominate the wills of every single one of them and crush the entire Brotherhood who had betrayed me, before destroying the minds of the new Makuta and becoming the last of my kind, with full control over every single Rahkshi and the entire armies of the Brotherhood'. Only better.-Toa Levacius Zehvor :flagusa:
