...and new Staff position names too. Like Harlem Globetrotters, Forum Mentos, Colbert Reporters, and Premier Brakelatabasa Assistants, to name a few. I'm not exactly sure what the theme is for the changes (or if it's all just random ), but I still think a lot of these are cool.

You can only say that if you've never tasted Mentos before. I bet if you had actually ever tried Mentos, your adventures on starship Enterprise would have been much more boring for the rest of the crew, though.
