    The one exception would be Vezon. He stole Tridax's Olmak and used it to create a portal to the EP cavern, where it got fused to his face, and went wild. So somehow (either a side effect of possessing the Ignika, or otherwise), he somehow has the mental discipline to use Kanohi. Which is truly ironic, considering one would think that he's the most mentally unstable of all skakdi.

    They were pretty desperate for help. No water. Also, it is possible for Toa to transform. The Toa Hordika had no masks - or rather the masks were fused to their faces and they couldn't use them, but they were still Toa. To quote Norik: "Not exactly"

    Idk... the Toa Canisters probably helped (Zaktan thought it was the key factor to their charade) and it had been years and years since any of them ever saw a Toa (the last ones probably being Jovan and his team) They also probably never seen Skakdi before, but I really don't know.

    Yeah, I always loved Takanuva... I wish he was given a bigger part in the story, but he always seemed to be riding the Nuva's coat tails (to use an expression). He didn't really get a good battle with makuta either (let's play a friendly game of kohlii...) lol I wanted to see if Takanuva could handle Makuta at his best (aka all 42 powers and then some) oh well... And yay! you fixed it!!! And yes... RIP Makuta. you will be missed, but all good villains have their end.

    Really? Where is that from? On the topic, I noticed that while the Matoran of Voya Nui were suspicious from the start of the Piraka's appearances, actions and motives, they never questioned Vezok being a male "Toa" of water, implying that Matoran who identify as the opposite gender from the norm for their element are generally known and accepted, at least on Voya Nui. I always thought that Vezok was pretending to be female... I don't think so. When Dalu was talking to him in the book "Island of Doom" it clearly stated that she knew he was a "he" At least, the narrator of the book mentioned him as a he, and that her thoughts registered him as a "he".

    Not from what I remember. This is making me mad at Greg. THEN WHATS THE POINT OF AN ORANGE MAHIKI So that you can swap their masks for your own storyline using the sets. That's what they're for, to play around with... you can have Vakama use illusions on a Rahi if he needed to, for your own non-canon stories.

    That would be easy to check -- there were only so many comics. I don't recall offhand but I doubt it. They were used several times in the MNOG/updates. (Books, I don't recall either, and that would be much harder to check.) I recently read over the comics and the Toa Mata never used noble masks. Only the Turaga did to help the Toa out of sticky situations (like when Kopaka lost his ice powers and Nuju had to assist him.)

    They're just MU inhabitance dedicated to cleaning the robot of all the survivors and stuff they need to evacuate.

    You gotta feel sorry for Gavla... I pity her a lot honestly. She and Vamprah were the perfect team, I loved them as a set, and even better in the story. I know she hates Takanuva for saving her, but it was either that or let her die with the Makuta, and he'd never do that with a clear conscious. Ah well... I digress lol Great job portraying the darker side of the Matoran population. You'd done a brilliant job so far. Keep up the good work.

    Awwwww I'm sad to see it end, I enjoyed reading it a lot. You did an amazing job with it all, I do hope inspiration strikes sometime and you start writing again. But anyways... great job. I love Maku all the more now haha all those Ga-Matoran are just great Well done again!

    Awww they made memorial shrines for the Teridax duo... *sniff* I almost shed a tear when Sir Vamprah made one for Dark Terry it looked very touching. So... when the shrines lit up, was that normal, or is something else afoot? Don't suppose they're gonna make a comeback are they? Also I missed a joke somewhere... how is it ironic that Mata Nui is asking if you don't like parties? Other than that... it's a great wrap up! Can't wait to see what happens in the next season!

    The story haha, I kept up with the serials up to their abrupt ending so I got the backstory down, but you combining Yesterday's quest and The powers that be, all in one story, with the tale hopping from character to character... that's a lot to take in at once lol

    Yeah, that would be great! You'd first need to swap out your head for one that is Kanohi compatible though XD Haha funny... it shouldn't be too hard to use them, all you'd have to do is alter them to make sure they stay on your face, you don't necessarily need the magnetic part of it all lol

    It's a great idea, and sweet irony right there... but there has to be a way to get rid of Marandar after he kills Velika... maybe Axxon can take care of him or something, we've seen that guy do some amazing things, I doubt anything can kill that dude.
