I guess the only thing that might bug someone is that you can't sell them. Same thing with Steam, I don't feel like I own the games, just the right to play them. I can't sell them or lend them to friends or do the things I can with physical copies.

Apart from that, I have nothing to say since I do not own a single song that is either not free, or a Humble Bundle game soundtrack.
