They had overcome perils, obstacles, and villains alike. The one thing they had yet to overcome was an ally. That was about to change. “Ah, it's the Guardian of Light,” Turaga Mesonak growled, clearly bitter about last night, as a certain semi-Toa moved in to the encampment of Matoran. “Any more innocents you'd care to kill off while you're at it?” “Actually, now that you mention it...yes,” the guardian responded. And with that, he pointed his staff directly at Chro and fried the fire Matoran. Chro, Ta-Matoran, killed by the Guardian of Light “...what...what are you doing?!” Mesonak shouted. “You...you...”“What, and you thought I killed your alter ego by mistake?” the Guardian responded, flashing an evil grin.“...this...”“Well, actually, I did. Sort of. But hey, I have no allegiance to you pesky villagers. You were foolish enough to knowingly send dozens of Matoran to their doom in a sad attempt to rescue one Toa...and you call yourselves the good guys?”“...”“I am guarding light...because you fools are most certainly darkness.” With that, the Guardian of Light turned on the Turaga...and eliminated another Mesonak from the game. Turaga Mesonak, Champion of Democracy, killed by the Guardian of Light The Matoran scattered into the darkness, each hoping to save his life. The next few hours were filled with panic and terror, as each remaining villager desperately tried to remain alive...and all the while, the Guardian's laughs echoed through the night. When dawn finally broke, the Matoran managed to assemble themselves again. Only five remained this time: Burnmad, Portal, iBrow, JiMing, and Ehks. Shadow Flaredrick sort of counted, but only in the form of a very dead corpse frozen into a rather humorous position in the corner. Shadow Flaredrick, Ta-Matoran, killed by Dark Hunter A final showdown was nigh. The villagers were almost certain of who was responsible...would their dead compatriots help the few remaining survivors live until the end? The last stand for both sides was now. ==SUSPECT LIST== Everyone alive! 24 hours remain...voting ends at 6:00 PM tomorrow.
