Popular Post Ids5621
I'm pretty sure everyone knows what this is at first glance. This is Turaga Vakama, one of the latest additions to my series of miramax movie based mocs (joining the ranks of makuta, sidorak, vakama hordika, roodaka amongst others): He has a custom head, which allows for the eyebrow attachment, but boy is it a fragile connection. https://gyazo.com/4a81b74399fc02a162fc1f4a289ed6f7 leg https://gyazo.com/152b3ce85adcaa58ae4f81a2c0153912 chest https://gyazo.com/78878e0aab89b8237a543fae35905e14 back could be more elegant if i could get those grey pieces in dark tan https://gyazo.com/a3612885aed60a34fd2f5b78a3470905 with takua simple moc, but i think i'd venture to say the most accurate vakama out there. TERIDAX941
Wow. Just wow. Very well done! I'm extremely impressed. He looks perfect! And Takua looks great next to him as well. Where can one find your other MOCs from the movies, I'm very eager to check out those as well! Quote Formerly Iron_Man5
Toa of Ice - 1987
Well done, he looks exactly like in the movie. I like how you managed to replicate the cape from the films. It makes him seem like a wise sage.Definitely deserves to be Front Page News material.
The Invisible Handman
OH wow the cape is made of parts, and he has eyebrows. While I would have preferred cloth for his robes if possible I do like the ingenuity of what you've done. This is simply an amazing and very accurate build. Well done! The 1st Shadow
Holy freaking jackrabbits..... That is incredible! The eyebrows are just too perfect. The robe is a nice touch, as well. I'm impressed. This deserves a spot on the front page. You're gonna provide instructions for that, right? I've always loved your work, and I'd love to have something like that as a display piece. Maybe even adapted for one of the other Turaga. Onvermel
This is totally awesome dude! Always wanted to see a movie accurate Turaga. -Onvermel- Quote "I believe in certainties. Ta-metru_defender
The old man eyebrows are dope, but the brick-built robe is what takes the cake for me. 1 Quote Hand-drawn, bespoke avatar by none other than Mushy the Mushroom. a body adrift in water, salt, and sky

Sir Keksalot
You mentioned having MOCs of other Miramax style Bionicle characters. Do you have links to images of them? - I second this. Endless Sea (Alaki Nuva)
Honestly, I think I'm actually a bit more impressed with that Takua. Just a bit. All of it's fantastic, of course. Ids5621
wow amazing just wondering if you could have used this piece from lego starwars rey build able action figure instead for the robes?considering i own the set, yeah ive tried it. That robe seems great in principle, and seems like the ideal release from lego for turaga, but its usage is very specific and limited to its own proportions. TLDR: i dont think it looks good on turaga mocs, atleast those ive tried/seen Edited August 31, 2017 by Ids5621 Quote The Misadventures of Onipex and Pals! Go watch it now!
