  1. These are really nice! What is this Liteupblock exactly? the site there doesn't seem to have an "about" page.
  2. Something about their tiny legs and the black backgrounds reminds me of like, idk StarCraft 1 maybe? I'm getting some 90s Si-Fi vibes at anyrate.
  3. Much better than their older counterpart it seems.
  4. I really think you pulled off the minimalistic design there. He feels pretty simple, while actually being plenty complex. Well done. One question though...whe- where are his spines...?
  5. Oh, so they actually exist? The only times I saw them was in BIONICLE Heroes and in a single promotional pic on BS01. I allus assumed that this was a prototype design and that the final version didn't have these. I mean, in none of the other pics on his page are they clearly visible. Edit: Ah yes, on second examination I can see how they fold up. Funny I never noticed all these years. Edit 2: Boy his torso design is awesome
  6. I'm a real sentimental person, and continuity in long running sagas is like, my favorite thing. I personally really hope this is LEGO trying to connect G1 to G2. I just can't part with the amazing lore and setting of G1 BIONICLE. Rahi, Kanohi, Matoran. I love these things too much to just see it...disapear. it seems to me that certain fans are not too keen on having such a connection, I am not exactly sure why. Because the devs said it doesn't exist? Is there something else I am missing? are people retrospectively hating on G1? I luv Beast Wars :3
  7. If you think back to MNOG 1, you'll remember a bunch of examples of machinery (for example elevators and pumps) and equipment (tablet thingy an Onu-Matoran miner was calculating mining statistics in one of the caves). Mata-Nui has various isolated instances of high-tech and this makes perfect sense seeing as the Matoran came from the urban and industrial city of Metru-Nui to the then completely uninhabited island of Mata-Nui, in airships that they then scrapped to build the villages. They have tech from what they managed to salvage from what they brought over from Metru-Nui. Not much, just enough to help them with the more difficult tasks. I'm not implying that the Matorans were't smart enough or incapable of creating and inventing such machines on their own. I am sure any number of these instances of tech were of their own engineering. The vine elevator in Le-Koro being an example. I think the characters of BIONICLE have a more um...relaxed? approach when it comes to tech. While guns and vehicles exist, people are happy to stick to swords and mounts. This is because unlike our world, the MU has basically magic and fantastic creatures. Advanced tech exists, but there are plenty of "lower-tech" alternatives that work just as fine. I'm not trying to debate BIONICLE's gerne. I just thought I'd point this out. (in other words: "just sayin' bruh") I personally really enjoy all this science fantasy stuff. I'd like G2 to keep things balanced. Never fully committing to the sci-fi, but keeping things spiced up with some instances of higher tech here and there. (this is also why I really enjoy Adventure Time's setting)
  8. I agree with Sergei here. Small sets that consist of inanimate objects instead of characters sounds awry to me. These armor and weapon bonuses could do great as little pollybags or these...battle packs I thing I have been seeing lately. I also like the ideas presented here.
  9. Oh boy I really don't know have to take this...
  10. Great work on all of these Zaktan is my fav.
  11. Looking at these made me realize just how much I love our fandom.
  12. Um..uh...ok. I need to reevaluate my life.
  13. While the creation itself is well made with its pleasing color scheme and impressive construction, I don't really get any Slizer vibes from it. But that's just me.
  14. This is crazy good. Your Moc is great and you should feel great!
  15. It doesn't get much classier than a giant dragon Rahi made of blades and claws imo. Wonderful work.
  16. Oh boy, memorise of an annoying little boy running around places he is not supposed to flashed through my mind. But that doesn't take away my enjoyment of this Moc. The detail is great and the design overall is faithful to the source material.
  17. I admit, I was expecting a different kind of Dragonborn. Regardless, I am not disappointed This guy is magnificent.
  18. They are in Canadian Dollars. That's why it seems different from what you expected. Oh, Didn't know there was a difference. Thanks :3
  19. wah...these prices are just what this particular store charges, right?
  20. Wonderful work One question, why didn't you make it so the rangs can fit on his feet? It should be really simple to do with the connector piece used in his um, crotch area. Edit: Oh, that Lewa is yours? I hope you don't mind, I linked a picture of it to a thread as an example for the hand design
  21. Granted. on 28/04/15 you stoped wishing for bagels, this has made you more popular among the members who frequent this thread by 20&. I wish I had shorter pants. Most of my pants are too long for my hobbit legs.
  22. Not right now. All of the other tabs are still BZP. TPBM Has played a Halo game on PC.
  23. The idea of discovery of the unknown sounds great I think, but new planets? After the Glatorian, I'd say no thank you.
