For a second there, I thought you were referring to the next line about dropping love potion onto an Athenian's eyes (perhaps referring to Omega ), but then I saw this and was like "That's totally Phogen."

I find it interesting that both Fang and Omega have developed fears from this assignment. Omega got a fear of bugs (From seeing Caoutchoac get eaten by one) and Fang got a fear of Midak Skyblasters (from being shot by one.).

Hey, an assignment involving "killing" other classmates would probably be traumatic. I thought it seemed natural for Fang to want to stop that thing that already caused him pain. I don't see it as much of a fear, but more of his goal for the moment to get rid of it.

 

Well, Fang and Omega working together. Wouldn't have seen that coming.

Well, if I'm understanding the order of this, Dodge attacked Snakey, who teleported away (even though Fang was out cold, I'll just assume it wasn't a direct hit) to Phogen to get Omega, then back to the hallway with Omega and Fang. Then Omega flew off after Dodge, leaving Fang to take Snakey to the infirmary.
