What you need is a page of all circles, then just fill in the details of each letter.  Let a blank circle represent the space, and you've easily got a better system than the Latin alphabet we're stuck with.

Actually, a blank circle would equal an "O", but I do get what you are saying...maybe replace the matoran symbol for O with a circle with a hollow dot in the center, that would be a good replacement...or make the space some new symbol, like a plus sign in the middle of the circle, or something unambiguous like that.

Well the first option won't work because that's the symbol for zero. :0: And a plus symbol looks a lot like a 4. :4:  Maybe you colour in the whole circle?  That'd be pretty tedious to do for every space, though.

Oh i've been writing the numbers wrong...I've been writing zero as a solid dot, with 6 being a hollow dot with a dot in the center. darnit. And I suppose you are right with the 4...

It would just have to be something that is very obviously not some other character. Dot on both the left and the right. Line across the bottom. A spiral. Eh. I may come up with something practical, see if something works.

I do like the idea of just printing out a page of circles, though...that would make this significantly more practical.

If you do make a page of circles for writing the alphabet, wouldn't it limit the amount of letters per line? How would you do spaces?

  2. The Toa Nuva take this easily. While Aang has control over lots of things, the Toa Nuva have far better durability, offensive output and abilities. With the exception of fire, Aang needs the elements to be present to control them. All of the Toa Nuva have the possibility to easily counter him like this, but in character they would most likely work as a team to accomplish this goal. Their mask powers give them yet another edge over Aang. The Toa Nuva have fought enemies willing to kill them before, such as the Piraka, but Aang lacks the OP powers that let the Piraka win. Toa Nuva have vastly different anatomies than humans, which would ruin any anatomy based powers like bloodbending and possibly energybending. Metalbending could pose a threat, but I doubt Aang will be able to use it on all the Toa at once.

The Nuva take this almost easily. They have the numbers, strength, toughness and abilities. Aang might kill one or two (Possibly Kopaka or Gali.) but he can't possibly defeat all of them unless its a bloodlusted ambush.

  3. Dang... that's actually amazing. I'm totally fine with the height, it looks really cool, and although the MOC version of him is much shorter and squatter, this is perfect anyways. I love the background and the proportions, and you did great on the color scheme.

Your artstyle just works so well with all of these characters, especially Rekansi.

I've got no gripes except that the face looks too much like a face on top of the mask instead of under it.

  4. I'm making a request as well!

One character for me- a Matoran named Rekansi.

His color scheme is medium azure and keetongorange. His armor on top is keetongorange, with the underlying areas being medium azure. He wears a brown Kakama and wields one of Gorast's wings as a sword. (Of course, it's more of a sword in this instance, it just uses Gorast's wing as the piece.) He's not really a fighter though, more of an explorer. I'd like the background to just be anything natural, just nothing urban or mechanical.

This comic never disappoints, and it's always worth the wait. Keep up the good work!

  5. >Brown: No, your favourite colour isn't brown. I don't care what you say or how many times you invoke the mighty name of Pohatu, your favourite colour isn't brown. Brown is nasty colour you get when you mix all the paints together. Maybe you misread your heart and didn't realize that Wikipedia defines brown as a shade of orange. In which case, scroll up because there's hope for you yet. Brown... Honestly, the only other explanation is that you were the kid who ate dirt, which is probably all you'll be able to afford once your boss finds out how much of a waste of space you are.

I beg to differ. Brown has been my favorite color for a long time. Brown is the color of chocolate and tree trunks. Brown is the color you get when you mix it all together, and it's a great natural color. Imagine how horrendous the world would look if everything brown was red, or blue or something else. Bright red tree trunks would be an assault on the eyes, and construction sites would look like something out of Splatoon with the various shades of dirt everywhere. Brown is the natural color, the color of earth. It's what makes all the vibrant colors possible- green leaves that grow on trees, red flowers that grow from the soil and blue rivers that flow through brown rocks and dirt.

    Brown is a good color.

What on earth is that animation to the left. It is bizarre.

You, sir, clearly have not seen the masterpiece that is Foodfight!

Only ever seen reviews. Looks like something so stupid I would laugh at it, especially the weird-walking old guy with zany hair.

Well, that's Guzma's face from Pokemon Sun/Moon edited onto this guy at 6:55. It's Jontron, so there might be some language, but I would recommend watching the whole thing.

  7. I was a lurker back then, so it took a while to figure out what the deal was with all that strange lingo.

Since nearly all of the words back then have been de-filtered, would anyone mind telling me which things were filtered and why?

Why were youtube, brickset and other sites filtered out?

  8. Name: Rekansi

    Gender: Male

Element: Lightning (But has a Medium Azure and Keetongorange color scheme)

    Mask: Kakama (Brown)

Weapon: Dual blades (They look like Gohrast's wings)

Personality: Generally a chill guy and friendly guy, Rekansi is an introvert and is almost as "reflecting-y" as a Ko-Matoran. He generally has a positive outlook on life and likes to have fun. He can seem a bi serious when you first meet him, but this quickly clears away and you see the friendly but calm Matoran as he is.
