I never quite figured out why Kumo rocks, but I guess he does.

He rocks because he beat the Bahrag in Bionicle: Matoran Adventures, but the developers tragically mistook him for Kongu.

<strong class='bbc'><span style='color: #000066'><span style='font-family: Garamond'>To be completely fair, Rayman Origins was critically acclaimed. Whether the Wii U sequel of Rayman Legends will do just as good or become another one of those early-gen "gimmick games" remains to be seen, but I have high hopes for it. Rayman has always been one of my all time favorite video game heroes.

 

Of course, this doesn't matter much if I don't intend to get a Wii U, so I guess I'm just rambling pointlessly.

I didn't see much of Rayman Legends, so I can't really say whether or not it fits into the "shovelware" category, though I honestly doubt it because it looks absolutely gorgeous. Usually shovelware games are just those lousy multiplayer party minigame collections.

To be fair, Pikmin 3 is definitely not shovelware or Mario either, and the name isn't stupid. There were a lot of decent games that I just briefly saw screens of, so I can't really say much about them. But beyond Pikmin 3, Nintendo did a really lousy job this year.

Huh. Your interests are pretty similar to mine. Maybe once you find something, I ought to look into it myself.

Also, trains are pretty cool.

The only Legends book I'm missing is #10. I skipped out on it because #11 was out and I wanted to skip to the shock ending.

Even I'm disappointed in the direction the Comedies forum has gone, and I used to write decent comedies there.

 

I mean, the first thing I see there is a pinned topic called "The Comedic Federation". Seriously? A federation?

It was an idea three other comedy authors and I had to try and re-invigorate the forum with life as an equal partnership between the four of us. Unfortunately, before it was even posted the guy that first thought it up decided to call it the Federation and things have kind of deteriorated with it since. The only good thing is that I now have the CCC back up and running within it.

Still, it makes me think some people there believe the forum is some sort of intergalactic empire or something.
