I never felt like Lego scammed me out of the money until I wasted $70 on that horrible set.I fell for the huge box, finger articulation, and gold Ignika. The box was deceiving, the fingers were missing a lot of articulation, and I never use the Ignika since Matoro Mahri is now in pieces and I generally keep MOCs within storyline boundaries. Vorahk1Panrahk2
I haven't actually purchased any Titans I outright disliked. Krekka has a pretty interesting build that probably could have been improved in some ways, but I'm satisfied with what I've built. Although there are many of the titans I haven't purchased. so who knows how many of those I'd dislike. Quote BZPRPG Profiles
Protodite Karzahni
I'd say Nidhiki, but the only reason I disliked him was because I bought him on eBay and the seller outright LIED with the picture he put up. A whole ton of the pieces were missing, and some were replaced by pieces that just didn't look right. Yet, my dad had already put up positive feedback before I could find out, so they got away scot free. Most displeasing. In terms of actual set design, probably Sidorak. You can't even lift the arm up on that thing because of the darn gear, which was a terrible element. It just swings uselessly at the side, unless you're holding, so any chances at pose-ability were ruined. Which is a massive shame, as the design of the weapon and how it would fold in was really nice, just let down by poor arm design. Quote I wrote stories once. They were okay. Namata
I love all my titans, though Axonn's build leaves something to be desired. He was basically a Piraka with armor and titan legs. But he made up for it with that axe and the bulky theme created by the Nuva armor and the Rode.
Sumiki
If we're talking strictly sets and builds and do not count useful parts, then Titan Mata Nui is definitely the worst titan set. Heck, he was one of the worst BIONICLE sets of all time, not just titans. I didn't care for Nidhiki either. Awful leg design and Vahki head. A head which happens just to look like the Vahki. Roodaka's mutation Rhotuka really does have a well developed sense of irony. Quote avatar by Lady Kopaka
The 1st Shadow
For me, it's probably Nidhiki. I like his aesthetics and all, but I did not like how limited his legs were, and he just seemed.... Restricted, in some ways. Next on my list is Karzahni--He looks cool, but his build is weird, and he is limited by this. That Matoran with a Vahi
I'm with the guy above. Karzahni always will be my least favourite Bionicle set of all time. He was just... far too bizzare, and not in a good way. Especially how huge the gap between his legs was. Of course, I never got Titan MN, so I have to reserve judgement on that matter, but I still doubt he could surpass Karzahni in sheer awfulness. Solaris Magnus
Ok, I am going to be destroyed for this, But I personally find Toa Mata Nui to be one of my favorite sets ever. Yup, I said it As for a least favorite titan set...I'd have to go Gadunka. I honestly never liked him as much as I thought I would the day I got him, he just, to me, had a weird build, and He just was not my favorite. -Star Quote Solaris Magnus. Formerly Starparu. Lewa0111 Nuva
Gadunka. Sure, it looks cool and had an interesting build, but once he's built he pretty much just sits on the shelf. He's impossible to pose in any other way than the default pose, and if you so much as move any part of him he crashes down in a heap. I also somewhat disliked Keetongu's awkward Rhotuka placement. Bionicle Guru
In retrospect, I forced myself to be pretty stringent on buying "Titan"-sized sets due to the cost, so when I did buy one, I made sure that I would absolutely love it. But I did make one misstep with Turaga Dume and Nivawk. By October 2004, I was just greedy at the thought of having a complete 2004 BIONICLE set line-up, and TD&N was the only unique set I was missing. For completion's sake, I was happy, but later on, the Metru-style body for Dume and the incredibly waif-like build for Nivawk left much to be desired. Not to mention that Dume did not come with a staff and Nivawk was barely in the movie BIONICLE 2: Legends of Metru Nui. HordikaMode
Ok, I would willingly pay at least $50 for Toa Mata Nui. What's so bad about it? If you don't want him, I'll take him ad pay for shipping too. But my least favorite titan? I didn't get many, sadly... but I'd probably say Vultraz. He was just so small... and the Skyfighter was thin and tiny, came with good parts, but lacking. everything was closed tightly together, no gaps, but that means there is no room for improvement! I tried, and failed to make it better. Nothing could be done, no sir.
Toa Gabriella0111
I never bought Toa Mata Nui, so I can't comment...but my least favorite titan is probably Umbra. Ektris
Well this topic has helped reaffirm my conviction to have Toa Mata Nui be the last set I try to acquire to complete my collection. As for sets I own, though... If we're taking "titan" as any boxed set, then the Boxor. Nuparu's cool for what he is, but the Boxor itself just seems like a block and I never much cared for it. Ultimate Dume's a combiner, so I'm hesitant to consider him a Titan, but since he was sold as an individual collection, I'll also throw out there UD. Ghosthands
Karzahni was something of a disappointment for me. He had some great parts, and it was nice that Sarda and Idris were included (blue Ruru!) but his weirdness of legs and the Olisi were annoying. I agree that Nidhiki's legs leave a little to be desired, but the rest of him is awesome. Mutran, besides being a great set, had wings that were PATHETIC. And although the claws were a good idea, they were a little too big for the rest of him. Besides that, I've always been more than happy with the quality of Titans, particularly 2005. I own Keetongu, Roodaka and Sidorak, and I think the are all fantastic sets.
