Afterall grass isn't the only plant around, plenty of plants that grow underground and need minimum light. Also, fun fact about those, they were approved by Nuju Metru to be used. I had to ask him about them... well it originally started as a question about lightvines, which apparently a toa of plantlife can't create, but we can create those little plants.
