  1. I'm not usually happy when I can't think of anything to blog about, but I know both feelings separately. ~~

NOT ONLY ARE YOU ALIVE, YOU ARE ACTIVE ON THE SITE, WHICH IS MORE THAN I CAN SAY FOR MYSELF. THIS IS SOME KIND OF MIRACULOUS HAPPENING. ALSO, FORTH THE CAPSLOCK.

      I DO WHOLEHEARTEDLY CONCUR.

  3. I'm so inactive I'm nearly past being worried about BZP. Luckily only nearly, of course, but I haven't been present to witness any errors of late... ~~

    WHAT THE CEE

Yeah, I figured. Being me, though, I had to insert some ironic self-deprecation. ~~

    WHAT THE CEE

I don't really know if I should feel better now that I know "pretty much everyone" was there. XP ~~

    Baaaaaack =3

Although it's pretty meaningless since I wasn't really here either, welcome back! Other than the multiple-mentioned skin change, not a whole lot happened in the meantime, so unless I can think of something interesting to add, I'll leave it at that. ~~

    WHAT THE CEE

I inhabit a land distant from the Fair of Bricks, to my chagrin. That's my lame excuse and I'm sticking to it because I have to. ~~
  8. I thought your name sounded familiar... I was right. :P Long time no see, I guess.

I haven't seen me in a long time either. So, good to see you. (wow I actually visited for a second time, this must be a record activity streak) ~~

    Question Me

What personal reasons are you afraid to reveal? How exact of a figure is 0.05% ~ ~
  11. I do like it. I still miss the old forum's theme (more for nostalgia than usefulness), but this one is quite good too. ~~

    A Question

Heh, alright then. XP First, if you've truly convinced people you are some sort of culprit, also suggest a punishment for yourself to them. Make the punishment ridiculously lenient. In a second case, if people still have doubts, use a completely different style/tone of voice/typing and try to convince them you didn't do anything bad at all. That's all that comes to mind as useful advice off the top of my head, but I can probably dredge up some *coughactuallyusefulcough* different tidbits at some later point. ~~

Uh... That's actually a pretty good small Matoran design. (wow I haven't visited here in a long time) ~~
  14. As has been said, I generally imagine them being a bit shorter than a Rahkshi. The movie pretty much cemented that size comparison in my mind, despite the obvious set size differences between Toa. ~~
  15. 2/5. I know your name but probably ought to remember you more than that. ~~
  16. I don't exactly know why people retain their current avatars if they think someone else's is cooler. I think MINE is the coole-*shot*ANYway, I actually don't much keep track of avatars anymore, not that I ever did anyway. The only thing I really remember much is that Timid/Gnaritamancer/An Edible Explosion always has some interesting semi-abstract design. (At least I assume it's abstracted.)~ ~
  17. I'm going to go right ahead and count secondhand acquisition of sets as valid. :PThe very last set I bought was McToran Kongu - my second copy - still sealed in the package, for $2.99 CAD.~ ~
  18. Oh... Hm. The last time I opened a set may have been February 2011, when I got Nektann and Skrall Stars for my birthday. (By that time they were on sale from S@H.) That would be a ridiculously long time if BIONICLE hadn't been postponed/set-ended in 2010.The last unopened set I bought, though, was McToran Kongu, just a week or two ago. That set remains unopened.~ ~

    A Question

I can imagine myself doing this, unfortunately (or fortunately? who knows). I can't think of an instance where I have, though, at least so far. I have no special and intuitive advice for you on this matter unless you actually want any advice. ~ ~
  20. ... are you still around?

  21. Wheeere aaare you.

  22. It all comes back to this.

  23. Greetings, Arachnomancer, if you're there.

...es, and that's one of their most popular lines. Chima is just another peculiar original-series investment by LEGO, especially weird as it's effectively replacing the remarkably popular Ninjago for one year.

      :(

Children have a longer attention span than a year.

However, I must note that Bionicle, within its first year, had Mata-Nui online game, a comic book series, and a couple dozen toy sets. It was also coming off a few more Technic lines of toys, just as Chima would be coming off of Ninjago, Hero Factory, and Exoforce. (Not that I'm super happy about LEGO pumping out more and more toy themes.)

Children most certainly have a longer attention span than a year. I know from being one. :P

It's true that BIONICLE had all that, but some people have a problem with Chima because it seems to have been designed expressly to push out Ninjago, which had all the same things (on- and offline games, TV series, lots of sets), and is and was quite popular. Compounding that is the fact that Ninjago was already set to have 2013 as an off year and return in 2014.

  24. Well, it's that time again. I'll be gone for two weeks, so goodbye to everyone who can read this (i.e. no one :P).

  25. I should note that 1) I don't have a Bricklink account and 2) I rarely order from LEGO.com (let alone anywhere else) and usually forget to look at Pick-a-Brick when I do. It's a combination of inertia and paucity of personal collection that keeps me from bothering to use/get fist-type hands. Also, I prefer the BIONICLE type very slightly, but that's a different story. Thanks for the reminder though, I'd forgotten about Pick-a-Brick's selection. Maybe when I next order... EDIT: I'm not sure I'd spend that much on hand pieces either. :| Ah well, maybe trading will net me some. ~ ~
