Can focus light from eyes into a temporarily blinding beam. Even if he can't see you, Exxan can still buffet air in your direction. Besides, a beam of light can be dodged. A strong blast of air, not so much. This is why everyone needs a ranged weapon. I've been meaning to do something about that. Xara and Exxan both have throwing knives, but Era and The Twins still don't have ranged weapons. Unless they were going to melt themselves every time they used that power, they would need to have some kind of heat resistance. I'm not sure what else fire could do besides burn them. Sorry for the confusion. Chek won't be available until the fight is over, so either entering the fray or going somewhere else would be best for Rotary.
