Which Bionicle Character would you get on best with

Now, be realistic. Don't just go with Kopaka because he's "soooooo cooooooooool". Chances are he would probably hate you and actually personally, in real life I feel he would be quite intolerable. So, unless you like those sorts of people, and they like you... be sensible. Well relatively... lets not suck allllll the fun out of it. Think about what you are like and what characters would like you back and vise versa. And on the flip side, which characters would you dislike?

Honestly, the first person to come to mind was Kopaka. He's awesome and we're both really quiet, and I would prefer silence to conversation like he would.

 

Failing that, though, maybe Kopeke, same reasons.

 

As for those I wouldn't get along with, most villains (obviously), and I'm sure Ehrye and Solek would get really annoying really fast (just to prove I don't like all white Matoran )

I would get along with many of the Ga-Matoran, especially Kotu who seems to have a sense of humor.

 

As for not getting along, the Ta-Matoran might be too serious to have much fun with.

To be honest, there are quite a few...

 

Gali, Vezon (yes, Vezon, I like a crazy sense of humor), Ackar, Gresh, Kiina, Berix, Gelu, Vastus, Tarix, Takua, Jala, Maku, Huki, the list goes on for a while, but I think I can get along pretty well with multiple different personalities.

Um, Vezon and his odd sense of reality... I'd really enjoy Tahu, and Pohatu. Oh and Takua definitely.

Personally, I can't think of any Bionicle character I'd get along with real well.

 

Of course, that doesn't mean I wouldn't follow Kopaka around everywhere like some kind of fan boy.

Probably Pohatu, I'd see if his jokes could be as corny as mine. Maybe some of the Le or Onu-Matoran.

I like to keep myself surrounded with a few close friends who get on well with me. That way, when I have to interact with strangers, I have lackeys extroverts to do the talking initially and diffuse the tension.

 

For that reason, I think the characters I'd like the best would be Pohatu, Lewa, and Gali, the friendliest of the characters we've seen. I like to think I'd get on well with Onua, too, but not for the above reasons, of course. Takanuva seems a little too excitable for my liking, and Tahu and Kopaka are too serious.

 

(I'm keeping my answer limited to the original seven Toa, because everyone beyond that basically got very little characterization.)

 

Playing more loosely, I would really enjoy the Piraka's company if I didn't have to worry about the constant backstabbing and brawling. With the exception of Zaktan, they are the funniest characters in all of BIONICLE, no contest. (Zaktan, meanwhile, is one of the coolest characters, but probably not a great guy to be around.)

I could see myself getting along really well with Lesovikk and Pohatu. Turaga Matau would be cool to hang with too. (Not Toa Matau though. He would drive me crazy. )

 

Speaking of driving me crazy, Vezon would be the one Bionicle character I would refuse to hang with. Everyone else I'd by okay with, even some of the meaner villains. But Vezon? No, I wouldn't go near him.

I'd probably get along well with Whenua; his personality is a lot like mine and it would be easy for me to get to know him.

 

Least compatible with me would be Kongu. There's nothing wrong with him, but he's just so serious and practical that I don't think we could understand each other. I know he lightened up eventually but his core personality didn't really change.

Lewa, Kopeke, or Berix. Lewa would be friendly and I think I would get along with him, Kopeke is quiet like me, and Berix and I both like taking things apart and putting them back together and finding stuff.

No, seriously. Well, aside from the whole "evil, take over all of creation" deal he's got, I think we'd get along great!

If not him, then probably Onua, Defilak, or Mata Nui.

 

As for who I wouldn't like, I'll have to say Takua (because even Takanuva found his Matoran self to be annoying), Mutran (Though I think him to be a cool character, if I were to spend time with him, he'd probably start to really creep me out), or anyone who doesn't like talking much (I prefer to keep quiet myself, so someone would have to carry the conversation).

Hm, I want to say Tahu and Kopaka, but I tend to have a low tolerance for headstrong personalities -- which is ironic given my own bouts of hotheadedness, ha ha. I tend to be fairly quiet and reticent in-person, so I guess how well we get along depends on how much Tahu and/or Kopaka can tolerate it when we do butt heads over something.

I think I'd also get along nicely with guys like Ackar and Tarix (because somehow I get along better with older people than I do my own generation??). And getting to hear a hundred-thousand-years-worth of first-hand accounts on SM history sounds pretty darn awesome.

As for which characters I would not get along with, that would be 90% of Bionicle's villains.

Edit: And I think I'd get along great with (Toa) Vakama because, come on, that poor guy needed at least one supportive friend in the beginning there, and especially during the Web of Shadows arc.

I think Vakama and Matau. I'm a fun-loving guy like Matau, and I'm also the kind who likes to lighten people up. I'd pretty much be overall nice to Vakama, but not in a Nokama kind of way.

 

As for people I wouldn't get along with, I think Onewa. He's cool, but too sarcastic...

Kopaka is a lot like me.

 

When i'm not doing anything important i prefer being alone where its quiet and i'm not distracted with random sounds or interruptions. Because of that it doesnt mean i aint social but 70% of the time it means i'm not the most likely to talk first to new people as i am a bit secluded and want to to focus on what i'm doing instead of saying hello to the elephant in the room.

 

I'm not a Toa wannabe or fanboy but i do like characters that that prefer to be left in peace when the arent doing anything important, Bruce Wayne/Batman is another good example of how Kopaka is and acts. They are both like professionals that are very very good at helping their teams and maintaining the order, but they prefer not to be talkative.

Oddly enough, I think Kopaka might be on friendly terms with me, the same way he considers Pohatu his friend. Doesn't mean I am similar to Pohatu, though.

 

Besides that, I would not want to be around Tahu. Much as I love him, I think I might not be able to take his bluster and temper pre-Voya Nui.

 

Other than that, I think I will not get along with Helryx. So cold and uncompromising.

I also wouldn't mind tag-teaming with Onua. He's the wise character, strategist, and the most reliable of the group.

 

Onua is also the one guy who can get you out of just about any trouble you could ever encounter.

I think I would get along well with Lewa.

 

He's always doing something and he generally likes being active. I need more of that in my life, so we would probably be gym partners. Le Koro is also known for its music, so maybe he could play an instrument? I play flute, so I would love to jam out with him sometime.

 

Also he seems fairly sociable and nice. I bet he would encourage me to do things generally outside my comfort zone. Not only that, but he seems generally happy. I would so take that quality in a friend any day!

 

On the other hand, I would generally get sick of Tahu's attitude, Gali is a bit too encouragement poster for my taste (but we'd probably get along fine other than that), Kopaka is just no, Pohatu seems nice I guess... maybe?, Onua is too reserved and Matoro is dead.

If I were Teridax, I'd say Gorast without hesitation. An infinitely loyal servant- I would get along well with that.
